2015 Community Support: Directors & Staff The Florin Road Foundation 2015 Officers Linda Deavens, Paratransit, Inc., President The Florin Road Foundation has been proudly serving the South Sacramento community since 1998. Our 501(c)3 Scott Rogalski, Capital Region SBDC, Vice-President annual grant program supports community building Tom Burruss, Burruss & Associates, Secretary/Treasurer activities, local K-12 enrichment programs, safety and beautification events, and a scholarship program which has 2015 Board of Directors donated over $140,000 to graduating seniors from Luther Emily Brantley, The Home Depot Burbank High School.
