TH CORPORATIONOF THE TOWN OF GRAVENHURST

Being a By—law to close and stop up part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot K, Concession 20, Township of Wood and Part of Lot K, Concession 20 being designated as road allowance, Township of Wood, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka (Curran)

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient in the interest of the Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst, hereinafter called the Corporation, that part of the original shore road allowance and road allowance set out and described in Schedule "A attached hereto be closed and stopped up, and the lands sold to the adjoining land owner.

AND WHEREAS Notice of this By—law has been published one a week for four consecutive weeks in the Gravenhurst News, a newspaper published in the Town of Gravenhurst;

AND WHEREAS the Council for the said Corporation has heard, in person, or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, all persons claiming that their land will be prejudicially affected by this By—law and who applied to be heard.

NOW THEREFORE THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst enacts as follows:

1. That upon and after the passing of this by—law all that portion of the original shore road allowance and road allowance set out and described in Schedule "A" attached hereto be and the same is hereby closed and stopped up.

2. All that part of the said shore road allowance shown as part 1 in Schedule "A" hereinbefore described and all that part of the road allowance shown as part 3 in Schedule "A" hereinbefore described and stopped up shall be sold to the adjoining owner or owners of them.

3. The Mayor and Clerk of the Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst are hereby authorized to sign or execute such deeds or other documents as may be necessary to effect conveyance of that part of the said original shore road allowance and road allowance hereinbefore described and which has been stopped up and closed.
