Rivera has worked with Arturo Sandoval, Chanticleer and the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet among others, served as the Miami Symphony Orchestra composer-in-residence, and was musical consultant for the WGBH/Annenberg Learner multimedia series Invitation to World Literature.
