Credits: director, Quentin Tarantino ; writers, Quentin Tarantino, Roger Avary. Cast: John Travolta, Samiel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, Harvey Keitel, Bruce Willis. Summary: Crime/thriller set in contemporary Los Angeles. Tells four separate stories that are gradually brought together. Involved are two low-rent hit men, their boss and his sexy wife, a prizefighter and a pair of desperate robbers. The prizefighter (Willis) is the son of a Vietnam POW who died in captivity. His father’s watch was returned to him by another POW (Walken) and he carries it as a good luck charm.
