The purpose of the role is to manage the Box Office operation, maximising revenue from the sale of Chair tickets and ensuring the highest standards of customer care. The Box Office Manager must provide Tim Clark excellent customer service to all theatre patrons, all visiting companies and ticket selling partners, Deputy Chair and ensure that all revenue generating opportunities are maximised. They must motivate and lead by Graham White example by maintaining the highest standard of presentation, demonstrating a positive attitude, Directors dealing promptly and professionally with all ticketing requests and provide excellent customer service Steven Atkinson to all patrons of both festivals.
