Oral Presentation and Preparation
All speakers are required to arrive in their presentation rooms 15 minutes prior to the start of their sessions. Upload your PPT file using a USB to the project computer. The allowed presentation time is set as follows: Plenary talks - 30 minutes including questions and comments. Parallel oral sessions - 15 minutes and 20 minutes for a contributed oral and for an invited oral respectively, including questions and discussions.
Poster Presentation and Preparation
All ASEMD 2013 authors are required to prepare a poster for each accepted paper even the paper has been assigned as an oral presentation. This means that every ASEMD 2013 ID has a corresponding poster. The PPT template to prepare the poster has been sent to all authors. It is suggested to use the template and to paste your contents readily, and then email back.

Transportation
In Beijing Airport, there is a subway train service. Taxi and shuttle bus services are also available. It is convenient to take the subway train. Information for travel to the venue: 1) Subway: Terminal 2 take Airport Express, get off at Sanyuanqiao Station, transfer to subway Line 10 (clockwise) to Songjiazhuang Station, take Subway Yizhuang Line and get off at Rongjingdongjie Station. Take exit A. The whole journey will take 1 hour 40 minutes and cost RMB 30 for all tickets. 2) Shuttle Bus: Terminal 2 take Airport Shuttle Bus to Sanyuanqiao Station, transfer to subway Line 10 (clockwise) to Songjiazhuang Station, take Subway Yizhuang Line and get off at Rongjingdongjie Station. Take exit A. The whole journey will take 2 hours and RMB 30. 3) Taxi: About 47 kms from the airport to the Fengda hotel, and the journey will take about 50 minutes and RMB 130.
