Payment: Payments can be made by mail, phone or in person. Acceptable forms of payments are: check (payable to the City of Vista), cash, VISA or Mastercard.

 Day Trips: Full fare is due upon reservation.

 Overnight Trips: A deposit of $100.00 per person due at time of reservation; balance due 45 days prior to trip departure.

Cancellations:

 Day Trips: Cancellations requested 30 days or more before trip departure will be refunded, less a 10% or $10 service fee per passenger. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to trip departure are not eligible for a refund.

 Overnight Trips: Deposit, less a $50.00 service fee, is refundable if cancellation is received 45 days prior to trip departure date. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days are not refundable.

Gambling Trips: All passengers must be 21 years of age. The casinos will issue you a membership card at no charge and require you use this card while gambling. There are no refunds, transfers, or credits on Casino trips.

Contracted Multi-Day Trips: Deposits and refunds are according to Tour Operator’s Policies.

Each tour is evaluated to you in determining the appropriateness of the tour based on your physical abilities.

Easy–Limited walking, or walking mobility is at your own pace, and leisurely free time is included. Few stairs are involved and elevators are usually present at destinations.

Moderate–Some stairs and or inclines are present at destination. Moderate walking is required. Elevators may not be present at all destinations. Persons of limited mobility should consult with a physician as to the appropriateness for this tour in relation to their physical abilities.

Strenuous/Hard–Considerable walking and/or numerous steps involved, possibly on uneven surfaces. No elevators are present at destination. This tour may not be suited for persons with mobility limitations.

Bus Procedures All trips depart from the Gloria McClellan Adult Activity and Resource Center, 1400 Vale Terrace (located at the east side of Brengle Terrace Park). EXPERIENCES IN OUR BACKYARD #13: TOUR OF VISTA FIRE DEPARTMENT AND VISTA CULINARY ACADEMY Refine your palate with culinary creations by the students at Vista High School. As part of a two-year program, these teens are studying the culinary arts along with restaurant management, hospitality, budgeting and marketing. You will receive a three course meal, all homemade foods complimented by white linen tablecloths, colorful flowers, and a team of ambitious culinary students excited to serve. Following your meal will be a tour of the Panther kitchen. Make sure you come hungry! As an extra treat, we’ll start this trip off with a tour of the Vista Fire Department.

Lions, Tigers, and Bears, the exotic animal sanctuary is home to rescued big cats and bears that were once victims of the exotic animal trade. INDIAN WELLS TENNIS TOURNAMENT The BNP Paribas Open is the largest two-week combined ATP World Tour Masters 1000 and WTA Premier professional tennis tournament in the world. It is held annually in March and features the top men and women professional players competing in a 96 singles draw and 32 doubles draw. The tournament offers more than $10 million in prize money with each of the Champions earning a $1 million prize purse. Located in Indian Wells, CA, just outside of Palm Springs, it is considered one of the most beautiful and spectacular venues with perfect weather in March.
