Bu unvan aşağıdaki maddelerde “Şirket” kelimesi ile belirtilmiştir. ŞİRKETİN AMAÇ VE KONUSU MADDE 3- Şirketin amacı, lisans kapsamındaki tarım ürünlerinin sağlıklı koşullarda muhafazasına ve ticari amaçla depolanmasına ilişkin olarak lisanslı depoculuk faaliyetinde bulunmaktır. Bu amaçla Şirket aşağıdaki iş ve işlemleri gerçekleştirir: a) Lisanslı depoya kabul edilen ürünlerin tartılması, boşaltılması, yüklenmesi, taşınması, nakliyesi, depolamaya ve standartlara uygun hale getirmek üzere temizlenmesi, ayıklanması, elenmesi, kurutulması ve şartlandırılması, depolanması, ürün ambalajlarının onarılması, ürünün depodan çıkarılması gibi lisanslı depoculuk faaliyetlerini icra etmek, b) İlgili mevzuata uygun olarak tarım ürünlerini analiz etmek, ürünün nitelik ve özelliklerini belirlemek, standartlara uygun olarak sınıflandırmak ve bu durumu 1 belgelendirmek üzere yetkili sınıflandırıcılık faaliyetinde bulunmak, kurulmuş veya kurulacak ürün ihtisas borsalarına ortak olmak, c) İlgili mevzuatına uygun olmak ve Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığından izin almak kaydıyla, depolanmaya uygun nitelikteki temel ve işlenmiş tarım ürünlerine dayalı ya da ilişkili ticaret, antrepoculuk, taşıma ve nakliyecilik ile sigortacılık yapmak, yurtiçinde ve yurtdışında sanayi tesisi, fabrika, imalathane, depo, satış mağazası ve şubeler kurmak, açmak, kiralamak ve işletmek, işleme, kurutma, ayıklama ve benzeri diğer konularda faaliyette bulunmak, d) Şirketin amacına yönelik yapacağı faaliyetleri sırasında konusuyla ilgili her türlü hukuki işlemi yapmak, ürün senedi düzenlemek ve iptal etmek, taahhütname, senet vesair belgeleri imzalamak, her çeşit hak ve alacakları iktisap ve borçları ilzam etmek, akreditif, factoring ve barter işlemlerini yapmak, e) Şirketin bilançosundaki öz kaynağının depolama kapasitesine tekabül eden ürün rayiç bedelinin altına düşmemesi ve Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığından izin alınması kaydıyla kurduğu veya iştirak ettiği şirketlere, ayni veya nakdi sermaye koymak veya bu şirketlerin sermaye artırımlarına iştirak etmek, bunların pay senetlerini ve sermaye paylarını ya da intifa senetlerini satın almak veya ayni sermaye olarak kendi sermaye artırımlarına kabul etmek, f) Kendi alanında araştırma ve geliştirme çalışmalarında bulunmak buluş ve çalışmalarını teşvik etmek, bilgi ve verilere erişimi sağlamak, g) Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı’ndan izin almak şartıyla kendi alanında depolama ve dağıtma tesisleri, soğuk hava depoları, gerekli her türlü tesisleri ve bunlarla ilgili işlem birimleri kurmak, kiralamak, kiraya vermek, alım ve satım işlerini yapmak, h) Ülkenin kalkınması, sanayi ve teknolojinin geliştirilmesi, rekabet, bilim ve teknoloji alanlarında ulusal ve uluslararası gelişmeleri izlemek, Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı’ndan izin almak şartıyla bu alanlarda sosyal ve kültürel tesisler kurmak, kurulanlara katılmak, yardım etmek, teşebbüs ve taahhütlere girişmek, i) Kendi alanında teknoloji transferi yapmak, fikri ve sınai mülkiyet hakları ile ilgili her türlü hukuki işlemleri yapmak, j) Amaç ve çalışma konularını gerçekleştirebilmek için alım, inşa, trampa, bağış veya başkaca şekillerde taşınır veya taşınmazlar, maddi veya gayri maddi haklar edinmek, kiraya vermek, taşınmazları üzerinde tesisler kurmak, gayrimenkullerle ilgili değerleme yapmak veya yaptırmak, bunun dışında kendi depoları ve diğer taşınmazları ile ilgili işlemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığından izin almak şartıyla yapmak, k) Amaç ve konusu ile ilgili olarak; her türlü hukuki tasarruflarından doğan hak ve alacaklarının teminat altına alınması ve tahsili için icra yoluna başvurmak, ipotek, menkul rehini, işletme rehini, kefalet, ayni ve şahsi her nevi teminat almak, bunlarla ilgili olarak tapudan tescil ve terkin işlemlerinde bulunmak, önceden Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığından izin almak şartıyla kefil olmak, her türlü ihale ve taahhüt işlerine girmek, bu işleri yapmak veya yaptırmak. ŞİRKETİN MERKEZİ VE ŞUBELERİ MADDE 4- Şirketin merkezi BURSA’ dadır. Şirketin adresi Bursa-İzmir karayolu 29.km Başköy Mevkii Nilüfer/BURSA dır. Adres değişikliğinde yeni adres, ticaret siciline tescil ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi’nde ilan ettirilir ve Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığına bildirilir. Tescil ve ilan edilmiş adrese yapılan tebligat Şirkete yapılmış sayılır. Tescil ve ilan edilmiş adresinden ayrılmış olmasına rağmen, yeni adresini süresi içinde tescil ettirmemiş Şirket için bu durum fesih sebebi sayılır. Şirket, Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığından izin almak kaydıyla yurt içinde veya yurt dışında şubeler açabilir. Şirketin şubesi ERDEK’ tedir.     SCREENING WITH TURKEY OLIVE OIL AND TABLE OLIVES Non-exhaustive list of issues and questions to facilitate preparations for bilateral meetings 1. BASIC INFORMATION (in tonnes, for marketing years 1992/93-2004/05 – i.e. from 1/11 to 31/10) OLIVE OIL – Domestic production – Total domestic use (consumption) While the number of the olive trees as well as the production figures for table olives and olives for oil are available at the Turkish Statistics Institute (TURKSTAT), there is currently no statistical data on the amount of olive oil produced. Moreover, calculation of olive oil production derived from the production amount of the olives for oil is not possible due to lack of a fixed oil productivity coefficient as oil productivity depends on regional and periodical conditions. However, it is possible to make calculations based on some assumptions. It is argued that oil productivity could vary between 15-22 % . If the lowest percentage in the oil productivity and olive for oil is taken into account, the production of olive oil is calculated as 180.000 tonnes for the production year of 2004. Olive oil is also produced with traditional methods by the small enterprises in the production regions. These are not represented in the official data. Total amount of the oil production increases when these quantities are taken into consideration. Given these facts, it is clear that a joint study has to be carried out by the relevant institutions in order to have more reliable data. A project for this particular issue will be launched. They are adhering less and less to the Mediterranean Diet, despite the fact that it is the basis of their identity and one of the major assets of the region. Pressures on natural resources and the emergence of new private actors are compounding the complexity of diet-related issues. THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET > Already the subject of widespread sociocultural and scientific debate and research, the Mediterranean Diet merits reconsideration from the political point of view FOR SUSTAINABLE REGIONAL given the growing awareness of the strategic dimension of agriculture and the crucial role played by food production in the stability and development of societies. DEVELOPMENT This diet, whose health-promoting virtues are widely recognised and which UNESCO has now listed as part of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity, is now raising questions in the fields of environmental responsibility and political action to promote greater regional cooperation.     Turkey to leave the sinking EU before it was even invited As the European Union seemingly crumbles under the weight of the economic crisis that is engulfing country after country, questions have arisen, does Turkey NEED the EU? Or does the EU NEED Turkey? Turkey’s stock is rising, the country is on the rise; posting better than ever financial results and growing as one of the fastest nations in the world. The previous goal of Recep Tayyip Erdogan to orchestrate Turkey’s entry into the European Union when the Prime Minister first came to power in 2002 now seems in some quarters, as unnecessary and most importantly – not wanted by the Turks. Erol Yarar, founder of a business group of 20,000 companies in Turkey, said: “Prime Minister Erdogan wanted to be the first conservative Muslim leader who would bring Turkey to the West, but after Europe betrayed him, he abandoned those ambitions. Today, the EU has absolutely no influence over Turkey, and most Turks are asking themselves, ‘Why should we be part of such a mess?’” Experts say that with the continuing trouble in Europe, Turkey will look more to the Arab world for opportunities; the recent Arab Spring has created an opportunity for Turkey to become a regional power – leaving the European Union negotiations once and for all. Public opinion in Turkey shows that the Turks are not too fond on the idea of joining the European Union either. In 2004 a poll showed that 73 percent of the Turkish public saw joining the EU as a good thing for Turkey, recent polls in 201 0 show that only 38 percent of the Turkish public now wish to become a member of the European Union.

Recent sophisticated ideas like environmentally sound, sustainable agriculture, standards and regulations related to environment and health care are among the forces behind the fast growing of contractual relationship. Contract farming displays great variety in practice. The form it takes, attitudes and approaches of the partners are affected mainly by availability of other alternatives and the political, economic, and social structures at the local and national level, along with the specifications of the product. When evaluating contract farming applications and their outcomes in practice, it will be more illustrative to consider contractual arrangements in two main types as private contract arrangements and contract farming schemes. While the aims and the structure are almost similar, there are some important differences in detail. There are national and regional differences that have to be considered in related analysis and evaluations. Even though contractual relationship of the advanced agro-food system has many advantages, it also has inherent and implementation problems.
