1. Forms of nomination may be obtained from the office of the Returning Officer, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA. They may also be downloaded from New Forest District Council’s website – www.newforest.gov.uk . 2. Nomination papers must be delivered by handing to the Returning Officer or his staff at Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday from the date of this notice, but no later than 4 pm on Thursday, 9th April 2015. 3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 7th May 2015. 4. Applications for, amendments to, or cancellations of, postal votes; and amendments to or cancellations of proxy votes, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA by 5 pm on Tuesday, 21st April 2015. 5. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA by 5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015. 6. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of physical incapacity, or for employment reasons, where the physical incapacity/reason occurred after 5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA by 5 pm on Thursday, 7th May 2015.
