*Fines are waived if repairs are made, the citation is signed off by a Law Enforcement Officer and the citation is returned to the Court within 14 calendar days.

**If you provide proof that you had insurance/registration/license dated before you were issued the citation and you provide proof to the Court within 14 calendar days, the citation will be dismissed and/or fines suspended.

If you wish to admit responsibility or plead guilty, you must SIGN & DATE the back of the citation and mail with check or money order within 14 calendar days.
