083 On Posted Private Property/Public Property $30 $95 (Sign limitations or restrictions) - Did park a motor vehicle on private or public property contrary to a posted sign limiting/restricting parking and without the permission of the owner or lessee of such property. 084 Police Vehicle Only (Signs posted) - Did park a $30 $95 vehicle in a parking space restricted to the use of Madison Police Department vehicles. 085 On Left Side of Highway (By Blvds., where not $75 $140 permitted) - Did stop, park or leave standing a vehicle on the left side of a divided highway adjacent to the median or separator. 086 Residential Permit (On vehicle $105 $170 not listed on permit/failure to surrender revoked permit/copy, reproduce or resell permit) - Did park a motor vehicle with residential permit displayed which is not listed to said vehicle, or failed to surrender revoked residential permit or copied, reproduced or resold residential parking permit(s). 088 Truck Loading Zone (30 minute limit) - Did park a $40 $105 vehicle, not currently registered as a truck, in a space indicated by sign as truck loading zone, or did stop or leave standing a truck in a truck loading zone for more than 30 minutes contrary to this section. 089 Expired or No Receipt (Brayton Parkmaster) - $25 $90 Did park a vehicle in the Brayton Lot without using the appropriate payment method or did exit the parking facility without utilizing appropriate payment methods including prepayment receipts. 093 Failure to Remove Expired Residential Parking $25 Permit - Did, as owner or operator of a vehicle displaying a residential parking permit, fail to completely remove said permit immediately upon its expiration or termination. 135 Overtime Parking at Meter (Municipal Lot) - Did $45 $110 park a motor vehicle in a municipal parking facility at a metered stall for a longer period than the applicable time limit specified on the meter adjacent to the parking stall. 136 No Trailer Parking (Municipal Lot) - Did park, $105 $170 stop, or leave standing any type of trailer or mobile home, whether attached to a motor vehicle or detached, in any municipal parking facility. 137 Out of Indicated Space (Angled parking only, $30 $95 indicated by signs or markings) - Did park or stop a motor vehicle in violation of a system of angled parking indicated by official signs or traffic markers. 138 Motorcycle Within 2 Feet of Another Vehicle (No $30 $95 marked stall) - Did park or stop a Type 1 motorcycle within 2 feet of another vehicle when parallel parking is not indicated by markers.

139 More Than 3 Motorcycles in a Marked Stall (Not $30 $95 metered) - Did park or stop a Type 1 motorcycle in a parking space where parallel or angled parking is indicated by markers so that more than 3 motorcycles are parked within the marked space. 140 More Than 3 Motorcycles in One Metered Stall, $30 $95 Unless Sign Says Otherwise - Did park or stop a type 1 motorcycle in a parking space where a parking meter has been installed so that more than 3 motorcycles are parked within the metered parking stall. 147 Within Four (4) Feet of Mailbox – Did stop, stand, or $25 $90 park a vehicle within four (4) feet on either side of a mailbox between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., on Monday through Saturday.

122 State St. Automobile Parking More Than 30 $45 $110 minutes - Did park an automobile on State Street with a valid auto-use permit for more than 30 minutes or less than 30 minutes without actively loading or unloading. 123 No Stopping, Standing, Parking of Motor Trucks on $45 $110 State St. 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM - Did stop, stand, or park a motor truck on State Street between the hours of 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. 124 State St. Motor Truck No Stopping, Standing or $45 $110 Parking for Purposes Not Allowed – Did stop, stand, or park a motor truck on State St. for purposes other than receiving or delivering merchandise on immediately adjacent property specifically requesting such merchandise or service.
