3 Hearts in Glorantha 1-5 COLLECTED whoserueisitanywa Editorial Credits Welcome to the collected edition of Volume 1 , issues 1-5, of Hearts in Glorantha originally published between 2008 and Editor Newt Newport 2012. This collected version brings together in one place part of the fan output of Glorantha’s HeroWars/HeroQuest 1st Edition Proof Readers period. It was a transition period where the HeroQuest rules by Jane Williams, Sacha Radcliffe, Nick Davidson. Robin D. Laws took over from the old RuneQuest 3. HiG covered both systems. Also took Authors (in order of appearance) over publishing Glorantha from Greg Stalfford’s Issaries, and the Mark Galeotti, Newt Newport,Stewart Stansfield, publishing model changed with it. It was a madly creative time David O.Lloyd, John Harding, Jamie “Trotsky” Revell, where information about Glorantha was quite plentiful but was Laurent Aillet, Shannon Appelcline,Stuart Mousir- spread over various different publication sources (official in print, Harrision, Jane Williams, Neil Smith, Richard Crawley, official out of print, fan publishing, the Gloranthan email lists). • All the authors and artists for answering my calls for content • Xavier Lllobet for being the most prolific of all HiG’s artists. • Ilkka Leskelä for the art and more importantly the long email after HiG#1 which really focused my mind. • John Ossoway who did the covers for 2-4 and helped me come up with the house style of the ‘zine. • Sacha Radcliffe, Jane Williams and Nick Davidson for being the bedrock of proofing and feedback. Sample• Jeff Richard for supporting HiG all filethe way. • And of course Greg Stafford, the Glorantha Dad, for creating the world of Glorantha in the first place and being so encouraging to let the rest of us play and create for it. :0) Newt , Editor/Publisher April 2015.
