Any disputes that might arise between the Parties under, or relating to, this Agreement shall be resolved only by consultation between the Parties and shall not be referred to a national court, an international tribunal, or any other person or entity for settlement. 9. This Agreement shall enter into effect upon signature by both Parties and shall remain in effect for ten years, unless terminated by written agreement of both Parties or by one Party after thirty days written notification to the other Party. It may be amended by written agreement of both Parties. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized by their governments, have signed the Agreement in two originals.
