1. The Information Team of the State Administration Council has already released a statement that the formation of “Committee Representing (CRPH)” by the ones who have no rights to stand as official Hluttaw representatives according to the Constitution, Pyithu Hluttaw and Rules does not conform to the Law and seems to violate the serious crimes, and not to collude with this unofficial committee directly or indirectly, and action will be taken against those who fail to follow. 2. Currently, the CRPH formed government and illegal organizations like public administrative organizations. Such doings do not conform to the Constitution, and it is a violation of the Penal Code Section 122 for high treason and just a crime to be punished with death or transportation for life or 22 years of imprisonment. More- over, those who do not directly communicate with CRPH, or other CRPH’s organizations can face 7 years imprisonment under the Penal Code Section 124-d for supporting CRPH by committing incitements and threats to the civil service personnel to fail in their duties. 3. Therefore, it is here announced that effective actions will be taken against those who directly or indirectly collude with CRPH, which commits high treason to affect the stability of the State , and other organizations formed by CRPH, and also against those who support the CRPH and other groups formed by CRPH.
