Книга рекомендуется широкому кругу читателей. This work is dedicated was designed to describe the past and present of the Islamic religion in our country throughout the century. The winding roads and brilliant moments that our religion, since the moment it appeared in our country in the VIII century, has experienced was documented with historical accounts and photographs. Three Protestants were given jail terms in absentia. A further 6 individuals are serving restricted freedom sentences. A further 15 are under post-jailing bans on specific activity. A further 27 who completed sentences still have their bank accounts blocked. Foreword In response to a request from the Government of Kazakhstan, the Government of Japan decided to conduct “The Study on Earthquake Disaster Risk Management for Almaty City in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and entrusted the Study to the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). JICA dispatched a study team headed by Mr. Osamu NISHII of OYO International Corporation in association with Nippon Koei Co., Ltd. and Aero Asahi Corporation during the period from August 2007 to June 2009. In collaboration with Kazakhstan counterparts, the study team conducted the field survey and held a series of discussions with the officials concerned of the Government of Kazakhstan. After the team returned to Japan, further studies were made and then the report was finally completed. I hope that this report will contribute to the earthquake disaster risk management in Almaty city and to the enhancement of the friendship between our two countries. Finally, I wish to express my sincere appreciation to the officials concerned of the Government of Kazakhstan for their close cooperation extended to the Study Team. Şairin büyümesi Kazak Türklerin toplumsal hayatında, kültür ve milli edebiyatında önemli yenilikler yer almaya başladığı zamana ve hocası Abay’ın gerçekçilik edebiyatı geliştiği döneme denk gelmiştir. Şair toplumsal hayat gerçeğinin farkındaydı ve sessiz kalamadı, kaleminden gerçek anlamda eserler çıktı. Çalışmada şairin hayatı ve özellikle eserleri üzerinde inceleme yapıldı. Eserlerinde dil kullanışı ve üslup özellikleri, şekil ve tür incelemesi ile devam edildi. Eserlerin özellikle şiirlerin konu bakımından incelenmesi ele alındı. Biz bu çalışmada eksiklerin az seviyede olmasına gayret gösterdik ve umudumuz bu alanda yapılacak yeni çalışmalar sayesinde eksiklerin giderilmesidir. Şekerim Kudayberdiulı’nın inceleme malzemesi olarak seçtiğimiz şiirleri, destanları, çeviri ve nesirleri hem Kazak edebiyatı tarihi hem de Türk Dünyası için önemlidir. Çalışmamız giriş ve sonuç bölümleri hariç beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, Şekerim Kudayberdiulı’nın yaşadığı dönemin tarihî, siyasî ve kültürel manzarasını kısaca tanıtmaya gayret ettik. They play a deterministic role in supporting societal mobility, economy, and state strategic defence. Current earthquake response practice demonstrates that the railway is better monitored and has a better potential for fast recovery, and as a rule may have less damage compared to other means of transportation. Therefore, railroads might be returned to operational state quicker. Railways in general – especially in regions where the road systems are less developed– can support disaster management very well. The overall objective of this thesis is to developing models and methodology for active adaptive response to earthquake damage to railways. By more detailed definition of this overall objectives the following tasks had been identified: (i) study the role of railway in disaster response, (ii) analysis of the railway damage and recovery processes, (iii) investigation and developing the required models and (iv) creating and testing the concept of active adaptive response management methodology focused on the fast recovery of railroads in accordance with the operational levels. The general model of response is a combination of (i) a probabilistic model of railway system damage caused by earthquake, (ii) a Markov model of damage and recovery, (iii) a probabilistic model of aftershocks, (iv) a statistical model of secondary effects, (v) impact models of management supporting actions and (vi) response process models. -

Severe degradation of air quality was observed from the data that were used in this study. Annual averages of PM2.5, PM10, and NO2 concentrations exceeded the WHO annual limits by 5.3, 3.9, and 3.2 times, respectively. The maximum levels were observed in the winter, while the minimum levels in the summer. Winter-to-summer difference was more noticeable for PM2.5 than for other pollutants. The winter pollution peaks demonstrate the high contribution of large- and small-scale coal combustion for heating, which could be exacerbated with lower winds and possible more frequent thermal inversions. -

Clean Association of TOKYO 23 (1) Background and necessity of the project The basic concept for transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Green Economy was officially approved, and it promotes an economic growth based on the high energy efficiency, development of renewable energy technology and sets forth the sector-based objectives for the transition to Green Economy. For the waste sector, the ratio of recycling household garbage is set to be increased to 40% by 2030 and 50% by 2050. In addition, for the electricity sector, based on the Renewable Energy Act revised in 2013, the Ministry of Environment and Water Resource has been reviewing the FIT system and purchase prices, wherein Energy from waste has been included as an item of purchase. However, in Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan, garbage from urban households is virtually buried directly without getting separated, causing environmental degradation around the city with foul odor and harmful insects and bugs. Moreover, generation of methane only worsens the greenhouse gas effect, thereby adversely affecting the global environment. Besides, in Almaty, half of the city’s demand for electricity relies on import and the heat supply is predicted to fall short of its demand in the future.
