Food and Coffee Coffee and light refreshments will be available during the morning registration and in between the two afternoon sessions (CC 3rd floor lounge). In addition, Bethel’s coffee shop (BC 2nd floor) typically opens at 10am.

The Monson Dining Center (BC 3rd floor) has several brunch options available ($9) during our lunch break. If you’d rather go off campus, there are numerous restaurants within 5-10 minutes’ drive. Head south on Highway 51 towards Roseville, east on County Road E towards Shoreview, or west on County Road E2 towards New Brighton.
