    RStV Bekanntmachung der Neufassung des Staatsvertrages über den Rundfunk im vereinten Deutschland und des Staatsvertrages über Mediendienste Vom 9. Januar 2001 Aufgrund des Artikels 8 Abs. 4 des Fünften Staatsvertrages zur Änderung rundfunkrechtlicher Staatsverträge (Fünfter Rundfunkänderungsstaatsvertrag) vom 6. Juli bis 7. August 2000 (SächsGVBl. S. 529, 532) wird nachstehend der Wortlaut des Rundfunkstaatsvertrages, des ARD-Staatsvertrages, des ZDF-Staatsvertrages, des Deutschlandradio-Staatsvertrages, des Rundfunkgebührenstaatsvertrages, des Rundfunkfinanzierungsstaatsvertrages und des Mediendienste-Staatsvertrages in der vom 1. Januar 2001 an geltenden Fassung bekannt gemacht. Die Antennenanlage ist auf den Bereich der Baugebiete “Am Nonnenberg“ beschränkt. (2) Die Leistung der Gemeinde erstreckt sich auf die Gesamtantennenanlage bis zum Hausübergabepunkt und auf die Behebung von Störungen an der Anlage. For the number of local minority self-governments: See Appendix 1 (Contents of the table: name of settlement, county, number of population based on Home Ministry figures, number of national minority people of the previous figure, number of those deeply attached to traditions of the previous figure, number of those declaring to have a minority language as native tongue of the previous figure, number of those using a minority language of the previous figure, ratio of minority people to whole population, ratio of those observing traditions to whole population, ratio of native speakers of a minority language to whole population, ratio of language speakers to whole population.) 2. Researchers have sent indications about the phenomenon, but as the process is slow, and today is in a rudimentary stage, there are limits to observation, no overview survey has been made in this regard yet. The Central Statistical Office has provided data regarding settlements studied by the Office for National and Ethnic Minorities (NEKH), where the minority self-governments were transformed, and where the minorities constitute a significant portion of the population. Despite thePROOFresulting political and economic turmoil, Gaza has Visual arts witnessed great vitality in its artistic scene. Most Palestinian artists actually come from Gaza, and a significant Gaza number of them have recently managed to gain international visibility. Besides the capacity of art to provide Palestine alternative visual narratives of a besieged city, art in this context is a tool that participates in construction of the War city itself. This article aims to explore the interaction between art production and the backdrop of war within an Urban crisis Engagement urban landscape. It bears witness to the great artistic vitality of the Gazan people and moreover highlights Gaza's emerging cultural scene and the role increasingly played by the media and social networks, in contrast with the simplistic images often being conveyed. Based on both semi-structured interviews held with Gazan artists and participant observation in the local visual arts scene, this article seeks to shed light on the relationship between art and city in a context of urban crisis, through recognising Gaza's place as a Palestinian urban centre. Central to the issue of Palestinian national question and to potential breakthroughs in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Gaza is also relevant to understanding a number of challenges facing Arab and Muslim societies.
