Thank you for requesting information regarding the country of origin for harvested and products manufactured at and Cargill Limited, dba Cargill Protein (collectively hereinafter “Cargill”). The purpose of this letter is to provide you with factual information and aid in your assessment of any claims you make about your product(s). The animals harvested and/or raw meat and poultry materials, as well as other raw materials/ingredients utilized to manufacture the finished products primarily come from, but not limited to, the following countries:

In the United States, on December 18, 2015 the omnibus bill repealed the May 23, 2013 and January 2009 rules on COOL requirements for muscle cuts of and pork. Cargill has removed the previously required “born, Raised and Harvested” statements from all applicable labels, unless otherwise agreed upon with customers.
