★★Bourbon Barrel Goji Cherry Kiltlifter, Special Release 8.0% ABV We took our Kiltlifter Scotch-style ale and aged it in a Stillwater Spirits bourbon barrel for a year. During the aging process we made a distillate of goji berries and cherries that we added to the barrel. The nose is sweet caramel, bourbon and slight vanilla and cherry. A little tartness from the cherry and goji berries complement the malty aspects.

EDH-IPA, Imperial IPA 8.2% ABV EDH is a Imperial IPA with large amounts of Eldorado hops and a new experimental hop #5256. We finish with just a pinch of Citra for the final dry hop. Who cares about the malts in this beer it is all about the hops!
