Vedna{ gledame kolku vreme i prostor se goltnati. ^itatelot verojatno se pra{uva kako i koga izvadil viza, dali dobro patuval, imal li gri`a na sovest, kako i koga stignal vo Avstralija, so kogo se pre`enil, zo{to re{il da ne se vra}a itn.. Koga avtorot bi se zafatil ova da go objasnuva, toga{ bi preminal vo podetalna eksplikacija na temnoto, vo pogolemo zagrabuvawe od ‘drugoto’ odnosno bi se otka`al od raskazot i bi pi{uval roman. Za{to kako {to e raskazot eden vid objasnuvawe, tolkuvawe, depoeticazija, demetaforizacija, desakralizacija na pesnata kako kni`evna forma, taka romanot e objasnuvawe, tolkuvawe, demetaforizacija, desakralizacija na raskazot. Sekoj obid rabotite da se objasnuvaat vodi vo metonimizacija, vo pro{iruvawe ili vo eden vid ‘prevod’ na prvoto, bo`joto, svetoto, metafori~noto, na poetskoto. No jasno e deka nieden avtor, bukvalno nieden ne mo`e nikoga{ do kraj, zaradi sopstvenata ograni~enost kako su{testvo, bez ogled na milionite stranici ‘eksplikacija’, da go izvle~e na povr{ina ‘drugoto’, temnoto, skrienoto, ona {to, bez ogled kolku i da e potisnuvano vo temnicata ili vadeno na videlinata od tekstot, postojano }e bara da bide ~ueno i videno. No da se vratime na na{ata re~enica. So isto takvi re~enici po nea se sozdava tekstot na raskazot. Takviot tekst, isto kako re~enicite od koi e sostaven, golta i preskoknuva vreme i prostor. Toj e nu`no paratakti~ki, odnosno jukstapoziciski vez od, prete`no, nezavisni re~enici, koj{to brzo i nezadr`livo juri napred do odnapred postavenata cel odnosno do ve}e spomenatoto otkrovenie ili epifanijata. Tuka, samo tuka, dokolku VI raskazot e uspe{en, po do`iveanoto zadovolstvo, ~itatelot stanuva svesen zo{to bil tolku gri`livo i vnimatelno voden dotamu. Zna~i dejstvo, samo dejstvo, ni{to drugo osven dejstvo. Pritoa vo tekstot {to se sozdava do`d mo`e da vrne samo vo edna re~enica no nikako vo site. Istoto va`i i za opisite. Praznite, neenergizirani zborovi imaat neverojatna mo} da ja urnat strogata struktura na raskazot, odnosno da go napravat neuspe{en. Za `al, ponekoga{ za toa e dovolen samo eden, edinstven zbor. Neenergizirani mo`at da bidat i zborovi {to se pomalku poznati. Takvite nikoga{ ne smeat da se upotrebat bez ubavo da im se smisli mestoto vo kontekstot za{to samo vo nego tie dobivaat smisla i za{to samo taka mo`eme da gi razbereme bez da go znaeme nivnoto zna~ewe. Ili, ka`ano poinaku, zborovite si imaat svoe zna~ewe, no dobivaat smisla samo koga se stavaat vo kontekst, odnosno koga im se raspa|a zna~eweto vo procesot na potraga po smisla pri gradeweto na re~enicata. Koga pi{uva, odnosno koga so zborovite pravi re~enici a so re~enicite tekst (vo slu~ajov raskaz) koj{to treba, vo daden mig, da mu dade zadovolstvo na ~itatelot, avtorot mora da bide svesen deka nastanite i promenite VII {to se slu~uvaat vo negoviot tekst mo`e da imaat golemo vlijanie vrz nadvore{niot, avtomatiziran, sekojdneven svet. Tuka le`i va`nosta na kni`evnosta. Taa trgnuva od stvarnosta, ima referenti vo nea, no koga }e se oformi, vlijanieto ne e od stvarnosta vrz kni`evnosta tuku obratno, od kni`evnosta vrz stvarnosta. Zatoa koga se oblikuva raskazot, bitni elementi za ostvaruvawe na edna od osnovnite celi na kni`evnosta - nejzinoto vlijanie vrz stvarnosta od koja trgnuva - se otvoraweto i zatvoraweto na raskaznata struktura. Tuka avtorot treba da bide najeksploziven: pri otvoraweto za da go privle~e vnimanieto na ~itatelot i pri zatvoraweto kaj{to e epifanijata za da mu pru`i zadovolstvo na ~itatelot no i da go ostvari potrebnoto vlijanie vrz nego za ovoj da ja menuva stvarnosta vo koja, da ne zaboravime, edinstveno `iveat toj i avtorot. The modern infrastructure and the communications of movement allowed terrorist organizations to be able to attack everywhere in the world. The issue that is a point of interest of this paper is the current situation of returning the foreign terrorist fighters to their home country or third countries and the security consequences that may arise if they are not treated properly. For a more detailed perception of this problem through the case analysis – an operative police action related to the foreign terrorist fighters, the functional aspects of the criminal prosecution bodies of the Republic of North Macedonia will be better perceived and studied. Also, a special emphasis will be placed on the strategy for the fight against violent extremism and the financing of terrorist fighters.

Apsolutno se slaæem sa svima koji ñe se pitati (i ljutiti) zaãto na Konkurs otvoren: neograniåeno naslovnoj strani ove Orchestre nije fotografija iz tog legendarnog baleta. Na æalost ni posle Propozicije: a) tematika: balet, savremena igra, performans, alternativna scena, instalacija, mnogo truda i dobre volje uloæenih u pravu potragu od strane direkcije Narodnog pozoriãta, direkcije Baleta i osnivaåa åasopisa, nije pronaðena fotografija koja bi u igraåki teatar..

MACEDONIA 70 EUROPE & EURASIA MEDIA SUSTAINABILITY INDEX 2015 introduction OVERALL SCORE: 1.72 MACEDONIA Early parliamentary elections were held in April, resulting in another win for the incumbent coalition of VMRO-DPMNE and DUI political parties. The opposition accused the ruling parties of serious abuses of the Eelectoral process and decided to boycott the parliament—a boycott still in effect at the time this MSI study was written. Incumbent President Gjorge Ivanov won the presidential elections held in April as well. Macedonia again retained its status of candidate for EU membership, but endured the most critical European Commission Progress Report to date. The report highlighted many serious issues that the country must address to start membership negotiations, including problems related to the freedom of expression and media freedoms—especially the government’s efforts to establish control over the leading national broadcasters, and the independence of the judiciary. The longstanding dispute with EU-member Greece over Macedonia’s name remains unresolved. The economy, after a prolonged period of crisis, is now growing at a rate of 3.5 percent per year and Macedonia reported the second highest GDP growth in Europe after Ireland. However, in view of the low starting levels, experts say that the current and projected growth rate is not enough to improve significantly standards of living, and the unemployment rate stands at 27.9 percent.

Macedonia Introduction or Macedonia, 2003 was an important year of stability and politi- cal consolidation. The September 2002 national elections brought to power a coalition government dominated by the Social Democratic Union for Macedonia (SDSM), led by Branko Crvenkovski, and the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI), the Albanian party formed by the leadership of the former Albanian National Liberation Army (NLA) and led by Ali Ahmeti. Despite a number of minor incidents, the coalition has held and the Framework Agreement that ended the conflict of 2001 is being slowly implemented. F However, for Macedonia’s media community, 2003 was anything but stable. Significant changes have taken place that altered the media landscape, most notably in the print media. In July, the German media conglomerate Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung (WAZ) bought a controlling stake in the three main daily Macedonian-language newspa- pers: Dnevnik, Utrinski Vesnik, and Vest. The combined daily circulation of the three papers is about 130,000 copies, comprising about 80 percent of the market. However, it is important to note that circulation figures are unreliable, as there are substantial differences between reported print-run totals and actual, sold copies.

His research interests mainly revolve around issues of urban social inequality in the post-socialist countries of Eastern and Central Europe, and he is the author of numerous academic papers on the subject. 2 Abstract The paper examines the relationship between spatial structures and ethnopolitical problems and discourses in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Its main aim is to challenge the dominant narratives about the genesis of the ‘ethnic war’ that supposedly engulfed this country in 2001, by investigating some of the affected areas’ underlying social, economic and political geographies. The main argument of the paper is that ethnopolitical conflicts lie at the tip of an iceberg of socio-spatial contradictions that accumulated during the days of Yugoslav modernisation, and were further strengthened by the post-communist transition. The paper thus examines the political and territorial processes that predicated the rise of these ethnopolitical struggles. It identifies several ways in which the ‘ethnic war’ discourse was produced through the assignment of factual authority to particular geographical narratives. 3 Introduction The spatial contingencies of ethnic politics and nationalism in the post-socialist states of Southeastern Europe (SEE) have been underplayed in the area studies literature, despite the growing engagement with the discursive production of spaces of difference within disciplines like human geography and anthropology.
