Kebutuhan akan perkembangan jaman yang sangat meningkat secara pesat tersebut tidak lain berkaitan dengan kegiatan-kegiatan masyarakat yang dinamis. Kebutuhan yang dimaksud berupa MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), yang mana hal ini kemudian menjadi bagian dari kebutuhan masyarakat itu sendiri dan menjadi bagian gaya hidup mereka. Selain itu, kebutuhan lain yang tak kalah penting adalah kebutuhan masyarakat dalam hiburan sebagai sarana pelepas kepenatan dari kegiatan sehari-hari, seperti musik dan seni. However, the price of chili often experiences a significant increase. This condition will make the sales of chili decrease dramatically if the price rises. In addition, the margins felt by farmers to sellers of chili in the traditional market are uneven. this is also felt by other vegetable sellers. This research aims to identify the supply chain network of chili in Bekasi Regency. The margin of each stage in the supply chain network is also identified. This research employs descriptive analytical. Descriptive analytics is a preliminary stage of data processing that creates a summary of historical data to yield useful information and possibly prepare the data for further analysis. Data collection method used is by direct observation in Bekasi regency and other locations associated with suppliers of chili, then we employ direct and a phone interview with respondents. The finding shows that there are three main stages in supply chain of chili in Bekasi Regency, namely producer, distributor and consumer. The consumers can buy the product from three channels, that shows the flows of product from producer to consumer.

Ki Hajar Dewantara, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang Baru, Bekasi 17550, Indonesia Email: [email protected]; [email protected] Abstract This research aims to examine HOLSERV with three dimensions namely, employee, tangible and reliability, towards its relationship on customer satisfaction and return intention rather than SERVQUAL because it suits hotel environment. The object analysis was Bandung which proclaimed herself as a tourism city with quiet number of hotels rating as non-star to five-star hotels. From 41 three-star hotels, this research managed to cover 29 hotels to conduct this research. Respondents with total number of 355 participated to fill the questionnaire with the helped of hotel managers by spreading it to their customers who were checking out of the hotel. Structural equation modeling was applied to test the hypothesis and the results show that tangibility and reliability influence customers’ satisfaction but not employee. In addition, customer satisfaction influences return intention. Dari 41 hotel bintang tiga, penelitian ini berhasil mencakup 29 hotel untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Responden dengan jumlah total 355 berpartisipasi untuk mengisi kuesioner dengan bantuan manajer hotel dengan menyebarkannya ke pelanggan mereka yang sedang check-out dari hotel.

Email: [email protected] ABSTRACT Data continues to grow in importance in today’s digital world, and when collected and combined in large quantities and various formats, it becomes what is known as “big data.” In the industrial world, big data can be used for various things and in various ways; one of them is in managing a smart city. In the concept of the smart city, the city is integrated across people, information technology, and communication. Using big data in a smart city, area managers can find hidden patterns and discover the various tastes of consumers in the region, as well as other valuable information. In the Cikarang area of Bekasi, West Java, in Indonesia, an integrated industrial area known as Kota Jababeka is developing the smart city concept using big data. In an area of 5,600 hectares, there are 1,800 industrial tenants, 12,000 residents, and 5,000 commercial businesses. This study describes how the use of big data in Kota Jababeka is beneficial for city managers in satisfying the various needs of their constituents. We use descriptive, qualitative research methods, namely, interviews and studies of secondary data, as inputs. We conclude that the use of big data in Kota Jababeka makes it easier for city managers to provide services to their constituents and that the services can be provided in real time.
