On the subject cited above, it is informed that as per the scheduled programme tenders for allotment of surface parking sites were received on 30.09.2020 and 09.10.2020 at 01:00 PM, in 02 separate envelopes viz. Technical Bids and Financial Bids, of the participants. The tender applications received were scrutinised for their technical evaluation by the Tender Evaluation Committee duly constituted by the competent authority. 2 The process for opening of financial bids is scheduled to be held on 25.01.2021 at 11:00 AM in the Auditorium Hall, 1 Floor, EDMC(Ha), Udyog Sadan, 419, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-110092. Financial bids will be openedin the presence in of the technically successful bidders/participant. They may attend the bidding process with valid Govt. and person or through authorised representative Identity proof authority letter on scheduled date and time.
