Message from René Mathieu (1) Last Monday, the parish closed on the sale of a condominium on Garfield Street in Saco. I announced earlier that it was bequeathed to the parish by Mrs. Josephine Cupelli, who died in June 2012. Mrs. Cupelli was gracious and generous in remembering Good Shepherd Parish in her will; according to her instructions, the proceeds are re- stricted to the care and maintenance of St. Joseph Church. More and more, the parish must rely on such gifts in order to financially support the vitality of our parish. Please consider similar gifts as you plan and administer your own personal estates. The parish office is happy to assist in any way possible. Feel free to contact David Gadbois at 207-282-3321 or email "Sunrise marks the hour for men to begin their [email protected]. Jokes Priests Can Tell, Volume 4 by Msgr. Arthur Tonne: Three-year-old Johnnie was taken to the hospital to view his new-born brother through the window of the nursery. There was an evident look of disappointment on his face. When his father asked: “What’s the matter, son?
