OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION Ref.: AS-04 / 2020 To : European Federations Rink-Hockey European Clubs c/c : WS Europe – President – Mr Fernando Claro From : WS Europe Rink-Hockey – Chairman Date : 05/06/2020 Subject : EUROPEAN CLUB COMPETITIONS (WOMEN & MEN) - RANKINGS OF 2020 / 2021 Dear Gentlemen: As the 2019 / 2020 season when it did not end due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it forced to deliberate that the values for determining the "RANKINGS" of Clubs and Federations for the 2020 / 2021 season, are the values that at the beginning of last season (2019 / 2020) were calculated, and that below are listed: • After the end of each sporting season, two distinct rankings will always be drawn up: a) The "ranking" of clubs participating in women's club competitions (Women's League Cup) c) The ranking of clubs participating in men's club competitions (Continental Cup, Euroleague and WS Europe Cup) • For the definition of each of the annual rankings of European club competitions will always be considered the results obtained in the set of 4 consecutive sports seasons, that is, through the sum of the points awarded either in the season in question or in the 3 sports seasons immediately preceding. • Consequently, the rankings for the season of 2020 / 2021 - now published in this Press Release - include the sum of the results obtained by each club in the seasons 2018 / 2019, 2017 / 2018, 2016 / 2017 and 2015 / 2016. 1. EUROPEAN WOMEN'S SENIORS COMPETITION RANKING - SEASON 2020 / 2021 1.1. Authorized betting list A) Basic Rules concerning the list: - When the qualifications for an event are not mentioned in the list, then betting on the qualifications is not allowed. - Name of the competitions is only mentioned when it differs from the name of the level of the competition. - Regarding events that involve a women’s competition as well as a men’s competition, betting on the women’s competition is only allowed when it is mentioned (under the name of the events or the particularities). - Betting is allowed pre-Match and Live (granted the operator holds a decision allowing it to offer live sports betting).1 - For national championships in the list that involve a relegation group structure, bets are still allowed on the relegation group encounters. - On opposite, bets are not allowed on promotion group play that only involves teams from a division that is not mentioned in the list. - For national championships, Promotion/Relegation encounters where teams from a division mentioned in the list play against the best teams from the division directly inferior to it are allowed. - Bets on encounters in a friendly tournament of football that is not named in this document are allowed if they respect the restrictions stated under football / friendly games / club in the list. - Regarding events where the participants are timed (ex: alpine downhill skiing, mechanical sports, etc.); bets on training runs are never allowed. - Bets on rankings are never allowed except : a) If the ranking itself grants entry to an international Cup (ex : UEFA Europa League in football) b) If the ranking itself grants entry to an international competition mentioned in the list; ex : rankings (depending on which continent a team represents) in the 2019 Basketball World Cup will be decisive for 7 (out of 12) qualificative spots for the 2020 Olympic Tournament.

UEFA European Football Championship Bidding for Final Tournament 2012 Phase I Evaluation Report CROATIA / HUNGARY 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS Principal motivation and long term strategy Slogan: “TWO for ONE – One for TWELVE!” Croatia and Hungary's main motivation is their genuine passion for football. Organising UEFA EURO 2012 will be an event not just for two countries but for an entire region. Also, this joint bid shows that the two countries are very close to each other. Organising UEFA EURO 2012 will help to boost their economies and improve their general and, especially, their stadia infrastructures. Event experience o Both countries have limited experience in organising major sporting events. (see Annexe A) Public support o The Croatian population is more supportive of the bid than the Hungarian. According to the public opinion poll 83% of the Croatians support the bid comparing to 45.5% of their neighbours. 66.6% of the Croatians would attend a match whereas only 26% Hungarians would do so (see Annexe B). 2. POLITICAL SUPPORT, GUARANTEES AND LEGAL CONDITIONS Political system o Both countries are parliamentary democracies, Hungary being a member of the European Union and Croatia not. The legislations of both countries are currently quite different in structure and in different languages, but because Croatia has been granted the status of Official EU Candidate in 2004, it is already harmonizing its laws with EU legislation at a regular pace. Political support o Both governments support the candidature. o No existing organized opposition to the bid has been reported by the candidate and it is not foreseen that any elections would affect the bid or the organisation of the event.
