Beginning in 1999, Will Taylor implemented a new idea after brainstorming with other local Austin musicians. Taylor began collaborating with both local and nationally renowned musical ♦ – 1968 ♦ Mingus – 1979 artists, rearranging their known material, brought in his own ♦ Clouds – 1969 ♦ Shadows and Light – 1980 crew of seasoned and contemporary roots musicians to ♦ - 1982 play, and moved the performance venue from the traditional ♦ Ladies of the Canyon – 1970 smoky club scene to the beautiful interior and excellent ♦ Blue – 1971 ♦ Dog Eat Dog – 1985 acoustics of a church sanctuary. Mitchell Eli Smith - Live Recording Engineer grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Cindy Haynie – Volunteer Coordinator Mitchell's singing, over several decades, began in small Bruce Meleski – House Manager nightclubs and busking on the streets of Toronto and in her Sue Long – Ticket Sales native Western Canada. She subsequently became associated with the burgeoning folk music scene of the mid-1960s in New Cindee Segal – Program Design York City. Mitchell achieved fame in the late 1960s and was considered a key part of the Southern California Phil Judah – Printing scene. Throughout the 1970s, she explored and combined the Charles Beard – Light Master pop and jazz genres.
