It is likely that the project will reach its PDO, if implementation on key activities such as SBTT and further development of the capacity to undertake Student Assessments is developed. This needs careful supervision as the current counterpart focus is on procurement of goods under the project which accounts for over 80% of total project funding. Relatively less attention is being paid to SBTT and Student Assessments- activities that are not linked to large funding, but are essential to achieving the PDOs.
