MAJOR HOLLY J. GRAMKOW
Maj Holly J. Gramkow is Executive Officer, 86th Airlift Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. She is responsible for managing higher headquarter- directed taskings and promotion records for 7 Groups, 31 Squadrons and 8,500 wing members in USAFE’s largest Active Duty wing. Maj Gramkow will transition to be the Branch Chief, Legacy Fighter Sustainment, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. in July 2019.
Maj Gramkow was commissioned in 2009 as a graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Corps at the University of Portland. She has held positions as Fabrication Flight Commander and Aircraft Maintenance Unit Officer in Charge on both F-16 and A-10 aircraft; as well as an Exchange Officer position with the Chilean Air Force as their Chief of Propulsion for F-16s. Maj Gramkow has also served as Aide-de-Camp and prior to her current assignment, she was Maintenance Operations Officer for the 86th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
Maj Gramkow has been a member of the Logistics Officer Association since 2009. She recently served as President, Barbarossa Chapter and is an editor for the ER newsletter. She is currently Co-Director for the 2019 LOA Symposium.
