Original documents should be brought by the participants, while they departing to New Delhi for attending the Camp on 30 th Dec. 2015 .

*No Volunteer will be allowed to participate in the Camp with out Security Clearance Certificate.
The Raiway Charges for To and Fro in respect of Volunteers will be reimbused by the Ministry by shortest route. Simple Accommodation and Spartan Food will be provided to the participants by the Organizers.
The Climate in New Delhi will be severely cold during the month of January. The night temperature sometimes falls between 2-4 Degree Celsius. Hence, the Volunteers may be advised to carry sufficient warm/woolen clothing and blanket. All the Volunteers must carry the List of articles given in Annexure -7 along with White Uniform for Parade Practice.
The Vounteers may advised to carry a set of traditional costumes of the region along with musical instruments, other Cultural outfits/CD Containing Songs with them for the Cultural Programmes. The Volunteers may also be advised to carry action photographs, video films, audio cassettes, CDs, reports of NSS activities/Projects, posters, banners, charts etc. for exhibition during the Camp.

FORM OF INDEMNITY
In consideration of my being nominated at my request to undergo all types of training and also participating in any camp/course/ adventure training activities in/ outside NSS and traveling I undertake and agree that neither I nor my executer/ administrator will make any claim against the Government of India or against any officer of NSS/ Principal/ Programme Officer/Programme Coordinator/ State Liaison Officer/ / Youth Officer/ Assistant Programme Adviser/ Deputy Programme Adviser/ Programme Adviser in respect of any loss or injury to the property or person (including injury resulting in death), which may suffer while or inconsequence of my being in training/ participating in any camp / course/adventure training activities in/out side NSS and traveling and I understand that no compensation will be paid by Government of India or any Officer as mentioned against any such loss or injury (including injury resulting in death) and I agree so as to bind myself, executers and administrators to indemnity to the Government of India, any NSS official and any person in the service of Government of India, against any claim which may be made any third party against them or any of them arising out of any act or default on my part during or in connection of said training camp course/ NSS Pre-RD parade/ RD parade camp /adventure training / / Mega Camp/Youth Exchange and journey by road/ rail/ seal river/ and flight

Boys white dhoti with 'kasavu' borders with matching colour Shirt.) 14. Sufficient warm clothing (woolen blanket, sweaters, muffler/monkey cap, a pair of gloves, cold cream/Vaseline, needle & thread, towel, other clothing items). During January the temperature in delhi will be very cold and it requires warm clothing. 15. Toiletries (bath & washing soap, Oil, Creams etc... for Daily routine use.) 16. a pair of slippers dresses for daily use and socks for daily use 17. N.B. Volunteers should be advised not to bring with them valuables, costly Mobile phones and expensive articles including gold ornament etc.
