Terms of the Event Ticket

Specific-train Event Tickets with a specific train connection are only valid on the days and shown. prices: While stocks last. Book your ticket for a specific train connection, subject to availability.

Flexible-train Book your ticket for use on any train , flexible and always available. prices:

Bookable from: 3 months in advance to the first event day

Earliest outward 2 days before the first event day journey:

Latest return 2 days after the last event day journey:

Advance- From 92 days up to 3 days before day of travel for specific-train tickets. purchase period: Flexible tickets can be purchased until directly before departure.

Route: Valid for journeys to the Event location - next DB Station

Products: ICE, Intercity (IC), Eurocity (EC). Regional connecting trains may be used before or after the long-distance journey. The use of night trains (EN, CNL) requires a special supplement.

Ticket: Valid for outward and return journeys.

Class: First class Second class

** The booking line is available from Monday to Saturday 07:00 am to 10:00 pm. Calls will be charged at 0.20 per call, from mobiles Euro 0.60 per call at maximum.

Exchange / Possible up to one day before day of travel for a fee of EUR 17.50. From the first day of refund: validity no exchange and no refund possible.

Notices: The price for your event ticket will be shown after you have chosen your return journey. If you do not see any prices, please check other travel connections for your outward journey. Please note that your admission ticket is not included in the price.

Opt for "Umwelt-Plus" and you make long-distance journeys with 100% green power! Deutsche Bahn purchases the electricity and feeds it into the traction current grid. The supplement is charged per person and direction. Each time you buy a ticket, you can decide individually whether or not you wish to add "Umwelt-Plus" to your booking. This offer is available through all Deutsche Bahn sales channels. It does not apply to DB Regio, non- Federal railways or associations which do not have their own green power concept. This also refers to journey segments on such trains as feeder services to and from a long-distance journey with Deutsche Bahn.

"Umwelt-Plus" is really easy to book: You simply book the ticket you require and, at the end of the booking process, select the "Umwelt-Plus" option if you wish to make your journey with green power ( + EUR 1/ person and direction).
