Invitation for Tenders INVITATION FOR TENDERS Ukraine Thorough repair of the street lighting system in Brovary city, Kyiv region INVITATION FOR TENDERS “Development of design documentation, delivery of materials and execution of works for replacement of old fixtures with new LEDs, replacement of existing wire with SIW one, replacement of metal brackets, replacement of electric network poles, restoration of protective grounding circuits, disposal of dismantled lamps for thorough repair of street lighting system of Brovary city” Municipality of Department of Construction, Housing and Communal Services, Infrastructure and Transport of Brovary City Council of Kyiv region hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of Thorough repair of the street lighting system in Brovary city, Kyiv region. The Employer now invites the Contractors to submit their tenders for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan aimed at procurement of “Development of design documentation, delivery of materials and execution of works for replacement of old fixtures with new LEDs, replacement of existing wire with SIW one, replacement of metal brackets, replacement of electric network poles, restoration of protective grounding circuits, disposal of dismantled lamps for thorough repair of street lighting system of Brovary city”. To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria: the Tenderer, has the financial, technical and production capability and capacity necessary to perform the Contract. The Tenderer demonstrates revenue for each of the previous three years and the Tenderer’s average annual revenue in the previous three (3) years was at least two (2) times greater than price of his tender. In case of tender submitted by JVCA, the leading partner should demonstrate at least 50% compliance with the requirement; the Tenderer has satisfactorily supplied similar plant and works to other purchasers and successfully completed at least five (5) similar in scope and cost (the cost of a similar contract should be at least 3 million UAH) contracts in the recent five (5) years; the Tenderer or its agent will be able to carry out warranty obligations; the Tenderer is not bankrupt or under bankruptcy procedures according to the national legislation or regulations; in the case of a Tenderer offering to supply plant under the Contract which the Tenderer does not manufacture or otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized by the plant’s manufacturer or producer to supply the plants in the Purchaser’s country. In preparation of their offers, the Tenderers should take into account that the works in this contract will tentatively start in May 2021 and end till December 2021. Tender documents, upon request from prospective tenderer, will be sent by email free of charge in electronic format (PDF file). If requested, the documents will be sent by Employer to Tenderer on terms and conditions agreed by the two. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security in the in the form of tender-securing declaration whose form is provided in Tender Document. The purpose of tender security is to ensure the tenderers are serious about their participation, irrespective of the contract size. Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before 23.02.2021 at 10:00, at which time they will be opened in the presence of those tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend. Pre-tender meeting of Tenderers with the Employer for visiting the project site and discussion of technical and logistical issues will be held on the third week from the date of announcement of the tender during the period of tender offers preparation by prior agreement though official correspondence. Programmes summary In the reporting period the response to the Revised Plan 2011 for Ukraine has been limited. There was only one contribution from UK’s Department for International Development (DfID), which was used by the Ukrainian Red Cross Society for developing Visiting Nurses System (VNS). Besides the joint IFRC/IOM two years project has started to work with victims of human trafficking in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova funded by European Commission. Other activities of Ukraine Red Cross envisaged in the Plan such as preventing HIV/AIDS and strengthening disaster preparedness could not be implemented due to lack of funding. However during the reporting period the Ukrainian Red Cross carried on bilateral activities of HIV programme funded by the American Red Cross. In addition, together with other partners the Ukrainian Red Cross started the anti-TB programme funded Global Funds to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria designed for five years. Financial situation The total 2011 budget is CHF 231,021, of which CHF 72,940, 32 per cent covered including the opening balance.

Kharkov-Rogan I was built in 1930 for use as a military flight school. It had 8 medium and large aircraft hangars and 1 very large repair hangar, approx. 40 permanent barrack buildings, 3 workshops, admin buildings and storage structures, an oval athletic track and other facilities all grouped along the W boundary and SW corner of the landing area. There were about 10 additional structures along the S boundary that may have been for aircraft servicing and stores. Additionally, there were 22 blast bays for twin-engine and single-engine aircraft spaced along the W and S boundaries of the landing area. A separate supply dump with its own rail spur was approx. 1 km S of the airfield. Nearly all of these buildings had been destroyed or badly damaged by 1944, the majority of them blown up by the retreating Germans. Edition: February 2020 Airfields Russia (incl.
