Stops and meals en route. 05:00 PM Hooray! You've arrived in Montreal! Your tour leader will greet you at the hotel. After a quick check in, head back out for dinner and your evening activity. 06:00 PM Saint-Denis is a popular street that runs through the heart of the trendy Plateau neighbourhood. It's lined with wonderful local restaurants and we're going to one of them! Restaurant l'Académie is classic French cuisine with a twist. 07:30 PM Follow a storyteller through the streets of Old Montreal and discover some of the most gruesome legends and stories, mixed with some anecdotes of unexplained phenomena during your Ghost Tour of what was formerly known as Ville-Marie. 09:00 PM Get into the groove of things and travel like a true Montrealer...by metro (aka: the subway)! Who needs a car anyway? 09:30 PM Arrive at the hotel for a well-deserved night's rest (transfer by local motorcoach). Your tour leader will fill you in on all the fun we have in store for you. 08:30 AM Let's start the day with a breakfast of champions at La Petite Marche, a quaint French restaurant in the Plateau Mont Royal. 10:00 AM Take in the sights and sounds of Le Marché Jean Talon, Montreal’s busiest outdoor market, as you partake in our Grocery Scavenger Hunt. (Complete with prizes! Yahoo!) 11:30 AM Free time in Montreal's famous Underground City, a network of malls, museums and restaurants! Here's your chance to explore with your friends, grab lunch and practice your conversational French. Your tour leader will give you a meeting place and time. Enjoy! 02:00 PM Travel through five ecosystems at the Biodome, an Ecozoological (word invented by Jumpstreet) living museum. 03:00 PM All aboard! Next stop: . Your tour leader will fill you in on what to expect from this magnificent city. You'll have some time to recharge your batteries before arrival. 06:30 PM Get ready to party like it's 1699! At l'Érablière du Lac Beauport, an authentic French Canadian cabane à sucre, you're going to feast on a 17th Century meal and get down to traditional songs and dances. Your tour leader will fill you in on all the fun we have in store. 09:30 AM Québec City got its name from "Kébec", a Franco-Algonquin term that roughly translates to "where the river narrows". You're going to learn why it earned this name on your ferry ride across the St.Lawrence River, where you'll get not only a spectacular view of the Château Frontenac but also a glimpse of neighbouring Lévis. 10:45 AM Stop to admire "La Fresque des Québécois". See how many characters of Quebec's history you can identify! 11:30 AM Now that you're familiar with , let's enjoy some free time! Here's your chance to explore with your friends, grab lunch, and practice your conversational French. Your tour leader will give you a meeting place and time. Enjoy! Let the Canadian spirit take over during your curling session (remember to bring a pair of clean running shoes to curl)! 03:30 PM Bust out the berets! Dinner is at Café Du Monde tonight, a Parisian-inspired bistro that's right on the water. 06:00 PM We're taking you to see this awesome theater troupe called Voix Française/American Heart. They put on this awesome 08:00 PM interactive play that blends history and hilarity. You'll be laughing so hard you won't even realize that you're learning at the same time. How's that for win-win? Sunday, February 18, 2018 08:00 AM Everybody ready? Time to leave the hotel for your next activities! Your tour leader will fill you in on all the fun we have in store. 08:30 AM Enjoy croissants and a bowl of chocolat chaud at le Cochon Dingue, a quaint café in the historic Quartier Petit Champlain. 10:00 AM Observe beautiful mosaics and a replica of Michelangelo's Pieta during your visit of the Ste-Anne de Beaupré shrine. 11:00 AM Meet Marie, the bread lady, in her family's homestead built in 1652 as you stop by for a snack. (Scoop: it will consist of fresh bread and maple butter! Yum!) 11:30 AM The Montmorency Falls is a Quebec icon. They're the tallest waterfalls in the Province; they're also the site of historic battles and legends. John Keats even references them in his poetry. Keats! There's also a sweet suspended bridge that spans the top and you're about to walk across it. Acrophobics: prepare to conquer your fear! 12:30 PM Time for lunch and to explore in Old Quebec! Hang out with your friends, grab some food and practice your conversational French. Your tour leader will give you a meeting place and time. 03:00 PM See how guests stay warm in the themed suites of the Hotel de Glace with a guided tour. 04:00 PM Some say it's worth learning French grammar in exchange for an inner tubing ride at the Village des Sports (inner tube rental is included). 08:00 PM Departure for the hotel.
