Our Wildcat girls dominated on the field against Central Mountain! Scoring goals during this shut-out were: MIFFLINBURG Olivia Walter – three goals, Molly Kerstetter – two goal, SHUTS OUT Riley Griffith – two goals, Reagan Griffith – one goal, MILTON IN 32-0 Remi Stahl – one goal, Cara Snook – one goal and Kennedy Good – one goal. TOMATO BOWL VICTORY WILDCAT GIRLS TOP BENTON IN 4-3 VICTORY These girls are on a roll! Just days after shutting out Central Mountain, they defeated Benton in a 4-3 victory. Goals were scored by Molly Kerstetter, Riley Griffith, The Wildcats Cara Snook and Reagan Griffith. Can’t wait to see dominated the what these ladies do next! Michele Foose. 3 Mifflinburg Area School District September 10, 2018 Watermelon Salsa 2 cups watermelon (seeded and coarsely chopped) 2 tablespoons onion (chopped) 3 tablespoons Anaheim chile (seeded, chopped) 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ¼ teaspoon garlic salt In a serving bowl, mix together the watermelon, onion, and chile pepper. Season with balsamic vinegar and garlic salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to blend flavors. CROSS COUNTRY QUAD-MEET RESULTS Congratulations to Gary In Bloomsburg during a quad meet, the Mifflinburg DeGroat for being named Boys’ Team secured a tri-meet sweep over Loyalsock, 26 – this week’s Standard 29, Selinsgrove, 15-48 and Bloomsburg, 15-50. Journal Athlete of the Mifflinburg’s Eric Zimmerman placed 3rd this week Week! This Mifflinburg with his teammate, Benjamin Chambers not even a Quarterback completed 20 second behind his time.
