Ensure that anyone handling the battery has a proper understanding of the hazards and correct handling procedures involved. • Handle battery electrolyte with extreme care, as it contains dilute sulfuric acid. Exposure to eyes or skin can cause burns or loss of eyesight. • Read this manual carefully, and understand it before handling the battery. Failure to do so can cause personal injury and damage to the vehicle. • Do not use the battery if the level of electrolyte is at or below the recommended level.
