The annual Bike & Ski pass is Vall- nord’s great product: a pass that includes both the summer and winter season and which has been in operation for the last two years. Its competitive price means it’s one of the most popular products and is increasingly in demand, both by clients from the country and also visitors from abroad. This winter Vallnord has also consolidated its rechargeable pass, created last season. This pass can be bought at the Vallnord ticket offices and can be topped up at the Vallnord virtual store or at the vending machines for ski passes located at various stra- tegic points in the resorts. The aim is to make it even easier for skiers to get passes and avoid or at least reduce wait times. Considerable changes have also been made to the corporate website. It’s now much more user-friendly, as well as providing more content and a direct link for clients via 2.0 tools. Vall- nord’s commitment to e-commerce can also be seen in its development of appealing, competitive products and services and the improvements made to sales procedures. NEWS
