Sites with scores of greater then 0.7 have generally been considered suitable for a controlled crossing. Scores of between 0.2 and 0.7 are generally recommended to be treated with a zebra crossing or pedestrian refuge due to lower levels of potential use. Scores of less than 0.2 have previously generally not qualified for investment using WSCC funds due to the expected low use and cost of implementation and maintenance. 2) ADPV2 - Some sites have not been scored because of the anticipated very low pedestrian use or the site visit identified no feasible location 3 of 3 1st October 2008.
