He aimed to show the diversity of barrels at the Midleton Distillery and the profound influence that wood yields. Tipperary Distillery, County Tipperary Tipperary - The Rising 1916 Edition 15.5 An eleven year old single malt bottled by the Tipperary Distillery. This was double distilled at an undisclosed Irish distillery and has been aged in ex-Bourbon barrels Hyde Whiskey Distillery, County Cork Hyde No. 3 The Aras Cask Irish Whiskey 13.5 Cinnamon and clove with succulent sweet caramel flavours. Complex and spicy with sweet American Bourbon notes Hyde No. 4 President’s Cask Irish Whiskey 15 The aroma is rich with notes of tropical fruits from the Caribbean, passion fruit, vanilla and butter toffee Glendalough Distillery, County Wicklow Glendalough Single Grain Double Barrel 9 The finish has lingering notes of ginger spices with a faint glimmer of almond to end a complex Irish whiskey from start to finish Glendalough 7yo Single Malt 12 Rich and sweet, a premium single malt Irish whiskey with a touch of cinnamon and more than a hint of citrus fruits - orange zest, lemon infused with vanilla ice cream. On the palate it has intense citrus and hints of sweet vanilla pod to finish, enhanced by increased sherry wood for an aftertaste of great complexity The Deveron 12yo 15 Is a light fruity and approachable spirit with some hints of nutty notes Speyside Glenlivet Founders Reserve 11 A delicate balanced whisky with floral and citrus flavours, a bright fresh minerality, and a lingering sweetness Balvanie 12yo 14 Traditional vanilla and honey notes backed by cinnamon spiciness, nutty sweetness and a delicate layer of sherry Glenfiddich 12yo ‘Valley of the Deer’ 12.5 An elegantly rounded fresh whisky with subtle oak influences and notes of pear and peat Glenfiddich 14yo Rich Oak 15 Delicately finished for up to 12 weeks in brand new American and new Spanish oak casks after being patiently matured for 14 years. Creamy vanilla and soft toffee sweetness, spicy oak with layers of ripe Summer fruit, creating a rich and complex single malt Scottish Whiskies Characterized by their distinct smokiness and quite often pungent aromas of peat.
