Tipperary Distillery, County Tipperary Tipperary - The Rising 1916 Edition 15.5 An eleven year old single malt bottled by the Tipperary Distillery. This was double distilled at an undisclosed Irish distillery and has been aged in ex-Bourbon barrels

Speyside (continued) Aultmore 12yo 12 This expression offers a nose of peaches and lemonade, freshly mowed grass, linseed and milky coffee. Very fruity on the palate, mildly herbal, with toffee and light spices. The finish is medium in length, with lingering spices, fudge and finally more milky coffee Cragganmore Single Malt 14.5 This Speyside malt has beautiful sweetish notes with a smokey maltiness on the finish Craigellachie 13yo 13 Firstly meaty and chewy, some nuts and cream, with apples and light fruits sweetness and overall a very fresh and gentle nose. Light and fresh palate with nuts, malt, sulphur and sweet apples. To finish mild burning sensation, sweet apples and bits of cloves at first which turns to gentle sweetness Macallan Double Cask 12yo 13 A blend of American oak and Spanish oak used to house Bourbon and Sherry impart a rich, yet delicate flavour Macallan Fine Oak 12yo 13 Smooth, sweet and balanced. The defining style is American oak - citrus and light oak blanaced by the expected Macallan character of rich fruit and wood spice Aberfeldy 21yo 30 Has a heathery flavour that is typical of its region, but offers a diverse and well-rounded range of elements for both the palate and the nose. While restrained, there are discernible smell of honey and ripe fruit, along with a malty overtone
