Itinerary of your cruise

Nicknamed the "Turkish Riviera", this seaside resort, which is the most popular in the country, is home to an old city which contains fine Day 1 - Saturday Antalya examples of local architecture, beautifully carved woodwork, mosques, etc. Ship docked, no water sports. Boarding and disembarkation port of call.

Day 2 - Sunday Surrounded by scented lemon groves, Alanya is a sun-soaked haven. Its sandy beach and glittering waters make it the perfect place to Alanya relax.

The legend has it that Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty, was born off the coast of Paphos. Emperors Augustus and Tiberius left Day 3 - Monday Paphos remains there, bearing witness to the splendour of this time when Paphos was home to a palace and several temples. Ship at anchor, no water sports.

Day 4 - Tuesday Near to Marmaris, the peaceful port town of Datça sits at the end of an unspoilt peninsula and enchants visitors. You can enjoy not only Datça the warm welcome of the locals but also swimming in the turquoise waters of the coves. Ship at anchor, water sports available.

Day 5 - Wednesday Hippocrates, the father of medicine, was born on this verdant island. Crystal-clear waters, pretty beaches and a peaceful atmosphere Kos make it the highlight of the Dodecanese. Ship docked, no water sports.

While it's the Colosseum that has made Rhodes famous, the jasmine-scented streets have much more to offer. Wander in the footsteps of Day 6 - Thursday Rhodes the Knights of St John, explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the medieval city, or simply soak up the easygoing Rhodes way of life. Ship docked, no water sports.

Day 7 - Friday At the edge of the perfectly clear waters lies a sleepy town. Experience the contrast of a tranquil swim in the sea followed by exploring the Kekova untamed mountains to find traces of the ancient region of Lycia. Ship at anchor, water sports available.

Day 2 - Sunday Inhabited since the 7th century BC and a former pirate stronghold, Side was the largest port in Pamphylia. Ruined in the 10th century AD Alanya / Side (1/2 day - by Arab raids, it was reoccupied first by farmers in the 20th century, and then by tourist operators. Discover the charm of this ancient town morning) * and its impressive seafront theatre. You will return via Alanya, visiting the highest point of the city's ramparts for a superb panoramic view.

Day 3 - Monday Discover Paphos, one of the most attractive parts of the island. The capital during the Hellenistic and Roman periods, Paphos is now a Paphos / The royal Paphos small port and popular seaside resort. Visit the necropolis to see the tombs of the kings, dating from the 3rd century BCE. Your trip will end (1/2 day) * with a visit to the House of Dionysus. Its mosaics depict scenes from Greek mythology, and are among the best preserved in the region.

Day 3 - Monday Escape to the Cypriot countryside and discover the picturesque village of Omodos. Wander along its narrow streets, browse the shops full Paphos / Kourion and Omodos (1/2 day, of local produce and visit the Timios Stavros monastery, the oldest on the island. Then explore the extraordinary archaeological site at afternoon) * Kourion, with its amphitheatre, temples, thermal baths, columns, mosaics and other reminders of the former city state.

Located in a magnificent landscape of hills and olive trees with the sea as the backdrop, away from the well-worn tourist routes, come and Day 4 - Tuesday explore the ruins of the ancient city of Knidos. This city was famous in the ancient world for its many great amphitheatres. The Temple of Datça / Knidos (1/2 day, morning) * Aphrodite was built on the site, where the fabulous statue of the goddess, sculpted by Praxiteles, one of the most famous artists in the ancient world, was found,

The Asclepeion of Kos: a sacred place of healing on a green hillside with spectacular views where you will learn about the Asclepeion, one Day 5 - Wednesday of the most important archaeological sites of Greece. A genuine religious centre dedicated to healing, it included, among other things, Kos / Asklepieion (1/2 day, infirmaries, temples, hot springs, hotels and a medical school. After your visit, you will travel to the traditional village of Zia on Mount morning) * Dikaios, and take in the panoramic view of the entire island. You will end your walk with a visit to the Tree of Hippocrates, under which he would have taught medicine.

Discover the stunning landscapes at the northern end of the island, travelling to Mount Filerimos to visit Ancient Ialyssos, founded by Day 6 - Thursday knights. Afterwards, visit the Grand Master's Palace, built in the 14th century. Return to the boat on foot at your leisure.

Discover the Island of Roses, and two of its jems: Rhodes and Lindos! A panoramic tour will take you up to Mount Smith, with the remains of an ancient acropolis and a superb view over the sea and the old town. You'll then travel along the eastern coast of the island to the Day 6 - Thursday charming village of Lindos, where you'll visit the acropolis, an ancient fortress of the Knights of St John from which there is a stunning view. Rhodes / The Splendour of Rhodes (1 day) * You'll be charmed by the little white streets and craft shops, and after lunch you'll walk round the Mediaeval city. You'll walk through the famous cobbled Street of the Knights, lined with 15th and 16th century Gothic "inns". You'll visit the 14th century Palace of the Grand Masters of the Knights of Rhodes, after which you'll have free time to visit the town centre before going back to the ship.

Day 6 - Thursday This panoramic coach tour takes in the new city of Rhodes, Mandraki port and the Agios Stefanos hill, offering a beautiful view over the Rhodes / The butterfly city. Then you'll follow the coast to the ancient city of Kameiros, built on the side of a hill in the time of the Ancient Greeks. Next, the coast valley and Kamiros (1/2 road will take you to the Valley of the Butterflies. This gorgeous forested valley has a calm, cool microclimate. Day 7 - Friday Take a gulet to the picturesque village of Kalekoy, built on the acropolis of the ancient city of Simena. Day 7 - Friday Myra was one of the most powerful cities in the Lycian League. Located in the distant suburb of Antalya, come and explore the ancient city of Perga, a very impressive archaeological site. The site dates Day 8 - Saturday back to the Bronze Age, but the Hittites, Romans and Greeks also left their mark on Perga, making it one of the most beautiful and Antalya / Pergé (1/2 day, morning) * prosperous cities in the ancient world.
