Learned counsel appearing for BSNL and the Greater Chennai Corporation submitted that a meeting was convened on 06.11.2017 and it was resolved to solve the problem and the Greater Chennai Corporation has agreed to open the Storm Water

Drain and the BSNL would remove the cables which are left behind and are to be removed from the drain. Let it be done without unnecessary delay.

Application itself is for removal of the BSNL Cables causing obstruction to the

Storm Water Drain. As it is an admitted case that the BSNL cables causing obstruction to the drain have already been removed, nothing survives in the application.

Application is therefore disposed with no order as to costs.
