REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND OF CENTRAL MACEDONIA Who we are - RDFCM was established in 1997 and is supervised by the Ministry of Interior - RDFCM is a Legal Entity of Private Law -The Fund is managed by a nine-member Board of Direc- tors (BoD) and the Chairman of the Regional Development Fund whom is the Governor of RCM. - With the implementation of the Programme Kallikrates the operation of the Regional Development Fund is gov- erned by Articles 190 to 193. - The Director of RDFCM directs and coordinates the 4 De- partments of the Fund: , Department of Economic Man- agement of Investment Projects; Department of Scientif- ic - Technical Support and implementation of programs; Department of Finance; Department of Administrative Services - The Regional Development Fund of Central Macedonia has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System in accordance with International Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001:2000. Is responsible for a number of tasks, which include: - The financial management of public investment programs, funding bodies and other public sector entities, funding from EU programs and other international organizations and institutions abroad, which relate to regional, county, local and special development programs in the region. - Technical support of the Region, particularly in the field of studies and research and implementation of programs, which are assigned to the Fund for the efficient use of resources. - The imposition, confirmation and collection of taxes, fees and contributions to the Fund, with the approval of the Regional Council. Deli Cargo Dressings Flavors Lab started as an experiment in 2011 and had great success! Our friends and family, tasted our products, they were very excited and want- ed more! That’s why we have found a place to accommodate the enthusiasm and the inspiration of Deli Cargo Dressings. We made it with love! In 2017 we found the right place! We painted it, we cleaned it, we made all the necessary changes to transform it into a crystal clear lab and we start- ed the production! At the beginning with our household mixers. Then the know-how came to our lives and upgrad- ed us, corrected us and took us off. All these by Aspa and Nikoleta! ENJOY! Deli-Fish S.A. was founded in the end of 1989 and specializes in the production of delicatessen, tradi- tional and quality smoked, marinat- ed and salted seafood products. The continuously growing range of products includes products of differ- ent species like mackerel, herring, anchovy, sardines, octopus, squid, tuna and saithe. Deli-Fish S.A. products address to the Ho.Re.Ca and Retail market and the company has been nominated with FSSC 22000 for the hygiene and quality of its products and the processing procedures. Already Deli-Fish has built a reputable brand name for the Greek market and in the past 5 years has started its export activities into the EU market either under its own brand name either producing PL products. DORODOULI TSIPOURO & SPIRITS DISTILLERY We were inspired by stories and the secret recipes of genuinedistillates and the mastery of “specialists”. The uniqueness of ourproducts is the fruit of our love for de- velopment and the flavorfuldevelopment of traditional, authentic ancient methods and recipes.INNOVATION & RESEARCHIn order to achieve our goals for innovative products, the distilleryresearch team decides to start the study by investigating the knownrecipes and techniques for distilling marc. Initially, one hundred andtwenty differ- ent recipes were made and studied, which after beingar- chived were “resting” for one year with interim trials ande- valuation records. At the end of the trial period, thirty-two recipeswere selected, of which 15 were included in the production process.VISIONThe traditional heritage of our family’s passion is the distillationof tsipouro. Our mission is to approach and pass on to nextgenerations this passion enriched with new wings and transform localnorthern Greek distillation recipes into superior products. Our unique dis- tillery creates fifteen differentpremium spirits by specializ- ing in the distillation of grapes andwine. Five generations of dedicated live- stock farmers Our family since 1925 is inextrica- bly linked to pig farming, this tradi- tion has continuously reached the 5th generation.
