From Denver International Airport/I-70W: Head north on Penã Blvd Merge onto I-70 W Take the CO-2/Colorado Blvd exit, EXIT 276B, toward US-6 E/US-85 N. Turn left onto CO-2/Colorado Blvd. Turn right onto E 1st Ave. E 1st Ave is 0.1 miles past E 2nd Ave Turn right onto Fillmore St. 250 FILLMORE ST is on the right. From I-25 North (Colorado Springs): I-25 N/US-87 N toward Denver. Merge onto S Colorado Blvd/CO-2 N via EXIT 204. Turn left onto Cherry Creek North Dr. Cherry Creek North Dr. becomes S Steele St. S Steele St becomes E 1st Ave. Turn right onto Fillmore St. 250 FILLMORE ST is on the right. From I-25 South (Ft. Collins): Start on I-25 S Take the US-40/US-287/Colfax Avenue exit, EXIT 210A. Turn left onto I-70 Bus E/US-40 E/US-287 S/W Colfax Ave. Turn right onto Speer Blvd. Speer Blvd becomes E 1st Ave. Turn left onto Fillmore St. 250 FILLMORE ST is on the right. PARKING GARAGE DIRECTIONS Þ The parking garage is accessed via the alley at the rear of the building. 3 To access the parking garage, enter the alley (marked by the star(s)) via E 2nd Ave or E 3rd Ave. The parking garage entrance is marked by the red checkpoint. Þ Executive Guest Parking: o Prior to your move-in date, you will need to provide the Venue Manager your first name, last name, make, model, year, color, and license plate number of vehicle(s) that you wish to park in the garage. This information is required in order to receive a parking pass. This pass will give you access in and out of the garage and will be mailed to you prior to your move-in date. The passes take 48 hours to receive so please ensure the Director of Hospitality has adequate time to pre- order. o To use, please scan your access card on the large black square both on your way in and out of the garage. Please note, the gate takes a couple of seconds to open. Þ Guest Parking: ○ Upon entering the garage, your guest will receive a parking ticket. Please make sure your guest brings the ticket up to Club CiviCO. The Director of Hospitality will need to validate your guest’s ticket. The Director of Hospitality has a parking account that is linked to each Executive Guest’s name. At the end of the month, any parking charges incurred to the Executive Guest’s account will be added to their monthly bill. 4 Þ Guest Parking Rates are as follows: ○ $2 per 20 min (or fraction of) ○ $17 - Daily max ○ $5 - Nights after 4pm and weekends ○ $23 - Overnight parking (past 5am) ○ $23 - Lost ticket Þ Event Parking: ○ Upon entering the garage, event guests will need to obtain a parking ticket via the call-box. The Director of Hospitality will give guests a parking validation sticker. This sticker will need to be placed on the back (opposite side of barcode) of their parking ticket. ○ Upon exiting the garage, the guest will first need to scan the barcode printed on the front of the ticket. The parking machine will then notify the parker of the total parking fee. He or she should then scan the validation sticker to activate the validation. ■ The validations and parking ticket will NOT work if not scanned in this order. Please also ensure the barcode is clearly showing when scanning. Þ Parking Garage Rules and Regulations: ○ Parking Garage Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday from 7:00am- 11:00pm ○ If you plan to come to the office prior to 7:00am, you will need to ask the Director of Hospitality for the garage door opener. The garage door opener will be stored in Supply Room. After use, please make sure it is put back as the opener is for all Executive Guest’s of Club CiviCO. If you would like your own, please ask the Director of Hospitality to order one for you and you will be billed $75.00 on your next month’s rent. ○ Please note the parking garage is closed on major holidays. After taking the elevator, exit to the right until you enter the lobby and then take a second right. Þ If you have clients or other visitors that will need access to the building after- hours, please contact the Director of Hospitality who will notify the Concierge Desk. Please ensure this is done at least two business days prior to when access is required. Þ Conference Room WIFI: ○ Network ID: CiviCO-AV ○ Password: Atlona!19 7 JANITORIAL SERVICES Þ Janitorial services will be provided to Club CiviCO nightly, Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays), unless otherwise noted to management. ○ If interested, please ask the Director of Hospitality for the full list of cleaning activities. Þ Common Areas throughout Civica Cherry Creek will be cleaned Monday- Friday throughout the day as needed. Þ Each Executive Guest is responsible for breaking down cardboard and placing loose or shredded paper in bags. HVAC AND LIGHTING SYSTEM Þ HVAC System: ○ Building heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) is regulated by Civica’s management team and will be on Monday-Friday from 7:00am-6:00pm and on Saturday’s from 8:00am-12:00pm. ○ Please let the Director of Hospitality know if you would like the temperature adjusted and a service request will be made. ○ Civica Cherry Creek does strictly prohibit the use of space heaters. Þ Lighting System: ○ The lighting in common areas is scheduled Monday-Saturday from 6:00am-11:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am-10:00pm. ○ Club CiviCO lighting is equipped with standard light switches. OFFICE SUPPLIES/FIRST-AID KIT Þ Please notify the Director of Hospitality if you would like any supplies ordered. The cost for supplies will then be added to your next month’s rent bill.
