The Hill Announces New Tenants To Add to Extensive Lineup of Restaurants and Retail North Dallas Mixed-Use Development to host a Launch Party on October 13 & 14

DALLAS, TEXAS (October 9, 2018) – The Hill, a modern mixed-used development located in the historic shopping center at North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas announces new unique restaurants and retail to add to already impressive lineup.

Five new tenants will be moving into the shopping center, with the majority of them opening by early 2019. Tenants include:

• Empire Baking Company: Dallas-based artisan bakery that focuses on using the highest quality ingredients to make their breads, pastries and other offerings from scratch daily. • Pokeworks: a Hawaiian-style poke restaurant committed to bringing the authentic taste of the islands in the most flavorful way. • Rose Couture Nail Bar: a nail salon offering high-quality beauty services • Sauce Pizza and Wine: a pizzeria offering an affordable yet artisanal selection of fresh salads with farm-fresh ingredients, pastas and handmade pizzas along with a carefully curated list of local wine and beer. • Sushi de Handroll: a quick-serve, fast-casual tempura and sushi hand roll restaurant which provides reasonably priced, fresh and healthy Japanese food.

The Hill will celebrate its official grand opening this weekend with a Launch Party on October 13 and 14. The weekend-long event will feature live music in the dynamic outdoor courtyard, including a performance from Dallas-based band, Blue Apollo. The family-friendly event will also feature The Boho Market, a pop-up market with more than 50 local vendors selling handcrafted goods, and various samplings from The Hill’s tenants. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket to enjoy the music, shop the market, and enjoy specials from The Hill’s tenants as they taste their way throughout the shopping center.
