Gökhan KAHRAMAN Director

Gökhan Kahraman, born in the Akyazı county in Sakarya, finished his first, middle and highs- chool in Akçakoca. He graduated from Kocaeli University International Relations Department and he received his MA in Poli- tical History Department from KOU Institute of Social Sciences International Relations Department. During his master’s degree education, he worked as project coordinator in various socio-cultural studies in many countries of Africa. He has held various consulting po- sitions in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. He continues his PhD studies with Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Univer- Muhammed sity, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of In- ternational Relations; he also published articles, Ali Mbongwa researches and reports on Public Diplomacy, Researcher/ Cultural Diplomacy, Soft Power, Turkish Assistant Foreign Policy and Africa. Since 2017, he has been the director of the Yunus Emre Institute in Johannesburg. He finished his first, middle and high school education at Joseph High School. He started his undergraduate studies in Health Sciences at Zululand University. He studied Arabic and basic religious education in Sudan. He taught part-time English at Kombani Private Collage. Mbongwa is a South African volun- teer in non-governmental organizations promoting healthy life and can speak five different local languages. ENSTİTÜLER

Abdülaziz Yigit Administrative and Activity Officer

Abdulaziz Yigit, born in Is- tanbul, was originally from Ka- zakh Turks and finished his Middle and High school education in Zeytin- burnu. He completed his undergraduate education at the faculty of Darul Uloom Za- kariyya Islamic Law School in Johannesburg, South Africa. He finished his career education in the Department of Islamic Studies at the South Af- rican University. He is continuing his masters education Mavis at the same University. Asım Öksüz, born in Beyşehir county of Konya in 1988, continued his education up to the university in Beyşehir. Between 2012-2016 he worked in Yu- nus Emre Institute Turkish Cultural Centers respectively in Beirut, Cairo, Rabat. Rea said that he drew pictures in his mind before writing his poems, and after that he created poetry according to these paintings, and he also conveyed how he created a connection between consciousness and reason.
