GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNCIL ON-STREET PARKING ORDER 2017 (SCHOOL STREETS - VARIOUS ROADS SURROUNDING WARDEN HILL PRIMARY SCHOOL AND C OF E PRIMARY SCHOOL) ( AND TEWKESBURY BOROUGH) (EXPERIMENTAL VARIATION) ORDER 2020

NOTICE is hereby given that County Council made an Experimental Variation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will experimentally vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 (“the 2017 Order”) by experimentally introducing the restrictions described in the Schedule below (which will experimentally replace any current restrictions on those specific lengths of roads) along various roads surrounding Warden Hill Primary School within the Borough of Cheltenham and Tewkesbury C of E Primary School within the , Gloucestershire.

The exemptions specified in Part IV of the 2017 Order will apply.

A copy of the Experimental Variation Order which comes into effect on 2nd November 2020, the 2017 Order, the sealed plans that are revoked, the sealed plans to be inserted into the Schedule of Plans together with a copy of the Statement of Reasons and other relevant documents may be viewed online at http://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/tros (Please quote reference 71474).

The Experimental Variation Order is Experimental and may continue in force for a period of up to 18 months expiring on 1st May 2022. In due course the Council will consider whether or not the provisions of the Experimental Variation Order should continue in force indefinitely.

Within 6 months of coming into force of the Experimental Variation Order any person may object to its indefinite continuation. Any such representation should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director of Legal Services, Hall, Westgate Street, , GL1 2TG or emailed to [email protected] no later than 2nd May 2021 stating the grounds on which it is made.
