THE AREA

Lartington is an unspoilt village having evolved as part of the former Lartington Estate, comprising an interesting variety of houses and cottage with the main hall lying to the east. The lies to the north of the village and there are walks surr ounding as well as many renowned beauty spots.

The nearby market town of Barnard Castle provides arrange of shopping, educational and recreational facilities and is dominated by the castle ruins, Bowes Museum and River Tees.

THE PROPERTY
