Competition Director (International Mediation Singapore 2019) Founded the first international ADR competition in Singapore for mediation advocacy and mediation skills. Hosted over 300 participants, coaches and volunteers from over 17 different nationalities over 4 days of 2019 competition rounds. Lead a team of 17 members to run the IMSG 2019 as the kick-off event for the Singapore Convention signing week.

Judge, CDRC Vienna (Mediation Competition) 2015 Regularly invited each year to be a member of the international judging panel featuring prominent – mediators and arbitrators around the world, consistently ranking in the upper half of participant 2017 feedback. The competition is based on the same case used for the Willem C. Vis Moot Competition for that year, and supported by the International Bar Association and the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (www.cdrcvienna.org).
