Context Tampere Regional Solid Waste Management Ltd. (TRSWM) is a Finnish company established to man- age the solid waste of the region on behalf of its owner municipalities. The activities of the company include collection, processing and disposal of waste, research and development, as well as consumer advice on waste management issues. The company was established in 1994 and is today owned by 17 municipalities including the city of Tampere. In 2009, there were 59 employees and the turnover of the same year was EUR 29,1 mil- lion. The region covered has almost 412.000 inhabitants and there are approximately 27.400 companies of various sizes. The company’s environmental management system has achieved an ISO 14001 certification. The targets of the company’s environmental policy are to reduce the amount of waste, to improve waste recovery and to take care of safe final disposal. Biowaste is all biological, decomposable waste. All buildings with at least five apartments must have their own biowaste collection bin (in the municipalities of Hämeenkyrö, Ikaalinen, Kangasala, Lempäälä, Mänttä-Vilppula, Nokia, Orivesi, Parkano, Pirkkala, Pälkäne, Tampere and Ylöjärvi).

    Mänttä-Vilppula Kuntaraportti Tutkimuksen taustat ja toteutus 1/2 • Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää Suomen Yrittäjien jäsenkunnan käsityksiä kuntien elinkeinopolitiikasta sekä kuntien ja yrittäjien yhteistyön kehittymisestä. • Elinkeinopoliittisen mittaristokysely toteutettiin nyt seitsemättä kertaa. • Tutkimuksen tiedonkeruu toteutettiin sähköposti-informoituna internet-kyselynä 15.2.- 20.3.2016 välisenä aikana. Ensimmäinen kutsu lähettiin 15.2. Tutkimusta karhuttiin kolme kertaa (24.2., 7.3. ja 14.3.). • Tässä raportissa esitetään kunnan oma tulos, kunnan tulos vuonna 2014 (mikäli vastaajia ollut 5 tai enemmän), aluejärjestön tulos sekä koko maan tulos vuodelta 2014 ja 2016. The Network Statement describes the state-owned railway network, access conditions, the infrastructure capacity allocation process, the services supplied to railway undertakings and their pricing as well as the principles for determining the infrastructure charge. The Network Statement is published for each timetable period for applicants requesting infrastructure capacity. This Network Statement covers the timetable period 13 December 2020 – 11 December 2021. The Network Statement 2021 has been prepared on the basis of the previous Network Statement taking into account the feedback received from users and the Network Statements of other European Infrastructure Managers. The Network Statement 2021 is published as a PDF publication. The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency updates the Network Statement as necessary and keeps capacity managers and known applicants for infrastructure capacity in the Finnish railway network up to date on the document.

    Jätetaksa, sako- ja umpikaivoliete 1 (11) 12.12.2019 Sako- ja umpikaivolietetaksa 1.1.2020 alkaen Kuntavastuulliset jätehuoltopalvelut I Sako- ja umpikaivolietetaksan perusteet, kohdentaminen ja velvoite jätemaksun suorittamiseen 1 § Soveltamisalue Tätä sako- ja umpikaivolietetaksaa sovelletaan Pirkanmaan Jätehuolto Oy:n toimialueen osakaskunnissa (Hämeenkyrö, Ikaalinen, Juupajoki, Kangasala, Lempäälä, Mänttä-Vilppula, Orivesi, Parkano, Pirkkala, Pälkäne, Ruovesi, Sastamala (Mouhijärvi ja Suodenniemi), Tampere, Vesilahti, Virrat, Ylöjärvi). Nokian kaupungin osalta sovelletaan vain lietteen käsittelyhintaa. Pirkanmaan Jätehuolto Oy hoitaa osakaskuntien lukuun kunnan järjestämän jätehuollon perustuen jätelain 646/2011 lukuun 5. Jätehuoltoviranomainen määrää sako- ja umpikaivolietteen jätemaksut maksettavaksi Pirkanmaan Jätehuolto Oy:lle tämän taksan mukaisesti. Sako- ja umpikaivolietetaksassa vahvistetaan arvonlisäveroton hinta. Tätä taksaa sovelletaan jätelain 32 §:n mukaisesti kunnan jätehuollon järjestämisvastuulle kuuluviin asumisessa syntyvien sako- ja umpikaivolietteiden tyhjennyksiin. Kiinteistön on liityttävä kunnan järjestämään jätehuoltoon, kun kiinteistön jätehuollon järjestäminen jätelain 32 §:n mukaisesti kuuluu kunnan ensisijaiselle tai 33 §:n mukaisesti kunnan toissijaiselle vastuulle. Kiinteistön haltija tai muu jätteen tuottaja, jonka jätehuoltopalvelun Pirkanmaan Jätehuolto Oy järjestää, on velvollinen maksamaan sako- ja umpikaivolietetaksan mukaisen jätemaksun.
