GENERAL INFORMATION

Ticket are available for sale starting December 6, 2019, - December 31, 2020 Tickets for Visitor Complex have no expiration date.

E-Ticket Voucher must be exchanged at the Will Call Window. Will Call is located adjacent to the Main Entrance.

The visitor complex parking lot accommodates motorcycles, automobiles and oversized vehicles such as RVs. Parking fees are collected at the entrance to the lot. Parking for visitors with disabilities is available in Lot 2 with valid parking permit. General Price Rates: Motorcycles $5 Automobiles $10 Oversized vehicles, motor homes or RVs $15

Food and beverages packed in small, soft-sided coolers are permitted. Glass bottles or containers are not permitted. Beer is for sale at select locations and no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. For security, all bags are subject to search.

No weapons of any kind are permitted inside Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, including those belonging to off-duty law enforcement. Please leave items secured within your vehicle to expedite your entry into the visitor complex.

All animals that qualify as service animals are welcome at the visitor complex. A service animal is defined as a dog or miniature horse that is trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. For guests with pets, the visitor complex offers a free on-site, air-conditioned pet kennel.

Kennedy Space center is the Greatest Space Adventure on Earth! Whether your visit includes training like an , attending a special event or just a day of touring Kennedy Space Center, arrive early for this full-day experience to make the most of your visit. Though closing time varies by season, the visitor complex opens at 9 am every day of the year. Plan your trip for this season or next, for any day at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. All exhibits are subject to change and tours may be altered or closed due to operational requirements or launch preparations. TICKET INFORMATION Reservation NO KENNEDY SPACE CENTER TICKETS - General Admission The admission ticket allows customer to experience all attractions with Visitor Complex and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame. Admission also includes the unique to get a behind- the-scenes NASA bus tour. Buses depart continuously every 15 minutes throughout the day beginning at 10:00 a.m. The last tour daily departs at 2:30 p.m. These tours are approximately 2 hours in length. Bus schedule is subject to change due to rocket launches, special events and weather. Customer must use their own transportation to get to the Astronaut Hall of Fame Open 365 days a year.

YES SPACE PASS PLUS Space Pass allows you all-access to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex admission, lunch with an Astronaut and our guided KSC Up Close Tour. "Lunch with an Astronaut" is available every day of the week at 12:00 pm located at the Visitor Complex and includes a banquet style lunch with a personal presentation by an astronaut.

YES EXPLORE TOUR Explore Tour does NOT include admission into Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Reservation is required, space is limited. Choice between the Early Space Tour (Thursday-Sunday), Explore Tour, or the Tour.

YES LUNCH WITH AN ASTRONAUT Lunch with an Astronaut - reservations are required. Ticket does not include admission into KSC Visitor Complex. Includes buffet lunch, personal presentation by an astronaut, Q&A Session, and meet & greet photo session. Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hour prior to visit.

YES FLY WITH AN ASTRONAUT (ATX) Reservations are required. Event is language specific, clarify when making reservation. Half-day event includes admission, veteran astronaut guided tour and activities, buffet lunch, autographed photo session, and a retail gift. Must be minimum 44" to ride Shuttle Launch Experience. Astronaut times, dates, tour and dining locations subject to change. Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hour prior to visit.

Nowhere else on Earth can you train to go to and experience astronaut training. Through Exciting and immersive technology, prepare for the next mission to Mars. Trainees do not need daily admission to experience ATX. ATX is a 5 hour program, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the dates available. ATX is suitable for ages 10 and older. Trainees that are ages 10-17 will require a paying, participating adult.

SAFETY AND RESTRICTIONS:

English Fluency: Due to safety instructions and the interactive content essential to this program, each guest must be fluent in English in order to participate in ATX.

All Astronaut Training Experience Simulators: For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this experience. Expectant mothers should not participate.

Land/Rover Simulator: Those who have had recent surgery or injury should not ride. Participants must be at least 51” tall.

Walk on Mars Virtual Reality: If you experience seizures, loss of awareness, eye strain, altered vision or other visual abnormalities, dizziness, disorientation, or any symptom related to motion sickness, you should not participate. Guests who have pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities should not participate.

Spacewalk Training: Participants must be at least 48 inches tall. Maximum weight: 275 pounds.
