Het behalen van de graad van Master in de Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen: Levensmiddelenwetenschappen en voeding. Echter, alleen had ik dit niet gekund en verschillende mensen hebben mij de afgelopen vijf jaar enorm geholpen. Graag wil ik mijn promotoren professor Uyttendaele en professor Jacxsens en mijn tutor Elien De Boeck erg bedanken voor het mooie thesisonderwerp en de zeer goede begeleiding en raad doorheen heel het jaar. -
