INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM, weather permitting. Materials will only be dumped in the driveway. You may mark a specific spot in the driveway by using a tarp or bucket. Dump area must be clear of overhead obstructions including power lines and tree limbs. Until the delivery is made, please make sure your driveway is not blocked by parked cars or other obstructions.

In consideration of East Pennsboro Township delivering to my/our property leaf compost and/or tanbark, I/we hereby agree not to sue or make any claim against East Pennsboro Township, it’s employees, commissioners and/or agents from any and all claims, liability, personal injury, property damage and loss of any kind or nature in any way related to the delivery and/or placement of leaf compost and/or tanbark on my/our property, regardless of any negligence on the part of East Pennsboro Township, it’s employees’ and/or agents.

I/we also agree to indemnify and defend East Pennsboro Township, it’s employees, commissioners and/or agents from any claims and liability relating to personal injury and property damage in any way associated with the delivery and/or placement of leaf compost and/or tanbark on my/our property, regardless of any negligence on the part of East Pennsboro Township, it’s employees and/or agents.

I/we acknowledge that I/we are able, at my/our expense, to pick up and deliver leaf compost and/or tanbark to my/our property; however, I/we voluntarily request East Pennsboro Township to deliver leaf compost and/or tanbark for an established fee, subject to the terms of this release and agreement.
