I/we also agree to indemnify and defend East Pennsboro Township, it’s employees, commissioners and/or agents from any claims and liability relating to personal injury and property damage in any way associated with the delivery and/or placement of leaf compost and/or tanbark on my/our property, regardless of any negligence on the part of East Pennsboro Township, it’s employees and/or agents.
